Located 2 miles from Kyle Field, this 4 bedroom, 4.5 bathroom house sleeps 12 guests in beds. (There are 2 king beds and 4 queen beds.) With pool access and parking for up to 5 cars, this is the perfect house for the group to enjoy game weekends, ring days, graduations, and all College Station has to offer. There are smart TVs, Wi-Fi, and cable so you don’t miss any game day action! The open concept kitchen and living room create a wonderful space for family and friends to gather. There is a desk with 2 chairs provided in the living area for a designated workspace. From the living room, guests can walk out onto the patio and enjoy the private backyard (partially fenced in). All bedrooms are located on the second floor which come equipped with en-suite bathrooms. (Three of four bedrooms contain walk-in closets.) Target and H-E-B on Texas Avenue are both located 0.6 miles away from the estate! If guests run into any issues or have questions, our property management team is available 24/7 for assistance.
