My wife and I stayed in the Hill Country cabin, and had an absolute blast. Don't let the rustic look fool you, this cabin was very comfortable and relaxing. The lack of WiFi and TV, combined with the secluded nature of our cabin and the venue as a whole; made for such a peaceful weekend away for just the two us. We found the personal screened-in back porch to be our favorite spot, as we spent several hours each night sitting back there and chatting. I have to also point out that we were very pleased with the amenities; the breakfast basket wasn't just prepackaged muffins, but home made treats. It also had enough to cover us for both mornings that we were there. The pillows and linens were very comfortable, and heater and AC (we needed both due to that classic temperamental Texas weather) worked excellently, and the hot water was plentiful for both the indoor clawfoot tub and the outdoor back porch tub. I highly recommend booking a night or two in one of these cabins. Whether you're passing through, coming into to town; or, like us, live right next-door in neighboring Bryan and are just looking for a quick one or two night get away; this a great place for couples to get away to. We'll definitely be back!

I recently stayed in the Sugar Shack which was really cute. Some things to be aware of is it only has a jacuzzi tub with a sprayer and not an actual shower. Another thing is the lighting makes it difficult to put makeup on. The bed was really comfortable and the screened in porch was a nice addition that the other cabins didn’t have. It’s a great place to relax because it’s off the beaten path but not far from anything you could want. The wedding chapel and reception facility was very pretty.

Wonderful attention to detail! We felt like we were actually in France and my daughter said the most comfortable bed she’s ever slept. Will definitely stay again. It’s very peaceful and calm environment after driving in college station which is harrowing.

This was such a pleasant surprise nestled on the outskirts of College Station. We were visiting town during a game weekend and were forced to find a place beyond the city and we were so thankful - this place was a perfect retreat for a couple. Cozy, homey and peaceful. Huge recommend for a romantic excursion.

I needed a relax and peaceful place to be and I found it! I enjoy it the night that was there I would do it again and tell others about it thank you very much I need it this time alone . the good thing about it is that you don't need to go to far to be in such amassing place

The whole experience was absolutely AMAZING!!! This lodge and the whole set up from the wonderful breakfast baskets to the amenities/games inside the cabin made THIS TRULY THE VERY BEST VACATION!!! I’m already looking to book here again!!!

This is our second time to stay here at 7F Lodge. We were celebrating our 40th anniversary and we loved the Barn. The decor was so nice and perfect for the upscale Barn. Enjoyed listening to the birds while taking a shower. The heart shaped jacuzzi tub was a nice way to relax and enjoy the candlelight & soft music. The bed was really comfortable and we enjoyed the rocking chairs too. We enjoyed exploring the Wedding venue and it was so pretty and peaceful. We enjoy the quiet and relaxing setting of the property and looking forward to coming back again! The food at the Brazilian steakhouse was amazing. The Veterans Park is also worth seeing. 7F Lodge is the perfect getaway destination in the area. Very secluded, yet no too far, your sweetheart and you can escape routine and enjoy reconnecting in an intimate, beautifully themed lodge. It is tough to say whether we prefer Mexico or Spain - additional rendezvous are needed. The history of this place is an excellent story - once a retreat for WWII veterans to commiserate and reconnect, the family reclaimed it for a peaceful place to relax. You must visit 7F Lodge for yourself and your marriage. The fifth visit was better than the first! Thank you!

7F is a hidden gem. Cabins are private, romantic and thoughtfully built, decorated and outfitted for a relaxing, restorative and romantic escape. We will be back again and again! The jacuzzi tub, soft music, outdoor seating and decor are all perfect for relaxation. We awoke to birds chirping and even saw a deer walk by while we enjoyed morning coffee.
