Somewhere Inn Collingwood

Somewhere Inn is perfectly situated in Collingwood to walk to everything - it’s part of the neighbourhood. The rooms are really nicely appointed - I stayed in a Luxury King which included a soaker tub and a sitting area - so cute and comfy. The front desk helped me make dinner reservations and had good recommendations for neighbouring places. It really felt like a neighbourhood business! I was able to order breakfast delivered to the room which was so cool and a yummy menu! I loved the refreshments available in room, a bit of everything you could want including really good coffee and tea. As I was traveling solo I was looking forward to a peaceful stay but unfortunately the noise from the lobby bar carried quite clearly and I found it a bit distracting. It was daytime hours so all good. It didn’t occur to me to bring a speaker but that might have been helpful to muffle the noise outside the room. They also use the ductless heat/AC in addition to cozy radiant heating but I really suffer operating those things and somehow the ductless heat ended up beeping intermittently at me all night. Some better instructions would be helpful! All in all, I would definitely stay again as the place is charming and unique, the services are thoughtful, the location is excellent and the staff helpful! I do also look forward to visiting the Calabogie location!

My partner and I went for my birthday weekend that happened to fall on Easter this year. The staff at the inn were exceptionally accommodating and friendly. We arrived to a free welcome beverage and left with a free coffee/tea to go. The location is perfect, as it a minutes walk to many restaurants, bars and shops on the main street. The inn also has a bar with some snacks, which we didn’t get a chance to eat at but it soundly delicious. The room was clean, beautifully designed, and comfortable. The icing on the cake is the sauna and cold plunge available to guests. I would definitely stay again next time we visit Collingwood!

Cute place, nice rooms, peaceful and nice beers 🍺 and wines 🍷 to enjoy in the patio; the sauna and cold plunge are great and the bathtub 🛀 too. Staff is friendly and quick to help. And, the most important, super clean! Rooms bar and snacks are plenty.

I have travelled around the globe and the customer service team at the Collingwood hotel was amazing delivering exceptional customer service with myself my sister and my 2 daughters I really enjoyed the hospitality of their complimentary beer upon arrival and coffee or London Fog tea departing sauna was awesome so very relaxing definitely recommend the soaker tubs in your room

The inn is extremely well put together and curated. The bar was an excellent experience to be greeted at to lounge at. We enjoyed the complimentary beer once we had got settled into our room. The room was very clean, tidy and well equipped. The bed was very comfortable with plenty of pillows were provided with different firmness. It was also amazing that the room had 2 windows to open, as it did get a bit warm in the middle of the night. The shower had great pressure, and plenty of hot water. The provided soaps were fantastic! Overall we throughly enjoyed our stay, and will be back again in the future for another stay. Also, my wife is on the hunt for some of the light fixtures she seen throughout the inn!

An incredible experience from start to finish! They take care of the details, big and small. The staff are friendly and go out of their way to make sure you have everything you need. The rooms are charming and clean. Excellent location with plenty to do within walking distance. Will be back!
