Ibis Styles Colmar Nord

酒店就在下高速的旁邊，酒店環境還不錯，房間不大，三人人，一張大床，一張小的沙發床，浴室也不錯，總體乾淨！早餐品種也不多，大多數就是麪包類，但是羊角很好吃。退房時，送了一瓶果醬，很意外！有自己的停車場。

To be plain honest - the hotel is pretty nice. The rooms were rather small - especially the dark wood ceilings make the rooms feel small and just less spacious overall. The toilet was separated in a very small - closet manner. The rooms has sort of a nice wine theming with a corkscrew opener as a wardrobe and other little details. Unfortunately little details like the tables and the edges show some wear and tear - that does include the lobby area and the carpets overall. The hotel is a classic motel style with a room view on the parking lot on the right other side - and the airport on the left side. Parking was available for free. The hotel is great accessible with a car - and situated right at a busy road (no noice) and only a short drive away from Colmar center and an even shorter walk to the Statue of Liberty. The outside of the hotel was beautiful - great garden - nice little pool and just awesome to spent some time and watch some planes take off! Breakfast was busy but nice - everything was available what you needed to have a great start on your day. The staff was beyond friendly and helpful!

We were pleasantly surprised by this hotel. On paper it has the potential to be dire - just off a main road, backing on to an airfield. A one night stop with a family, particularly on a warm, sunny afternoon, was, in fact, perfectly agreeable. The hotel feels new and very clean. During bad weather it would probably feel more claustrophobic. The pool area is perfect for kids and the adjacent airfield provides unexpected interest. The staff are helpful and friendly. There is no formal restaurant, however the bar food was above average and the breakfast was yummy with a good selection of pastries and fruit, all included. If we need a one night stop in the area in future we will certainly come again.

We come to Colmar every year for a few days in spring and early summer and we stay at the Ibis Styles Colmar Nord for many reasons: its easy access from the freeway, proximity to the center of Colmar, private parking, and more specifically for the friendly and attentive staff, the quality service and the cleanliness of the establishment. As of this year, the hotel offers a beautiful outdoor swimming pool and a sunny terrace which gives a real holiday feeling.

Easy to find, next to the motorway. We spent one night here and appreciated the modern building and our room in a separate part of the hotel. The room is large, with enough space to hang clothes, the bathroom is a bit small, but with a separate WC, always appreciated. The lobby is spacious and guests can get water, tea, and coffee. Breakfast was standard. We saw in the main building an entertainment room and the pool outside, which we obviously did not use as it was March and quite cold. There is also enough, easily accessible parking space, which is not a given even in hotels close to the motorway. The city center is a short (10 minutes) drive away.

The behaviour of one of the kitchen and reception staffs . They were very rude towards us. We were three families with 3 children and we had 9 glasses. One of the kitchen staffs told us that "we have a lot of glasses for 4 peoples." On saying that we are 9 people, she said sarcastically,"oh really." Then we had another instant when a manager came to our 2 years old and yelled at him and said "STOP" on his face. He was terrified and cried bitterly for the whole day. We spent hours to console the poor guy. I have been at many properties of IBIS In the past. This has been my worst experience so far. Honestly, we felt that they were being ****** as other children were doing the same but they didn't say a thing. The iltreament was particularly towards us.

Rooms basic, a bit tired, but comfortable for one night and handy for an early dash as near to motorway. Restaurant opposite is closed but Ibis dies a basic list of cold snacks - quite nice and with good Belgian beer on tap.

Excellent help at the check in/out desk. Really nice people and helpfull. Not really up to par with what we have experienced before in an Ibis Styles hotel. Matrasses too hard, rain shower not functioning propperly. Breakfast not a lot of variety and quickly out of stock. For the rest all ok
