Hotel Saint-Martin recensioner

The lady at the front desk was very friendly and helpful. She let us check in early andalso gave us suggestions to explore the town. Room was clean and comfortable, just nice for the two of us.

Kind staff. Very good location. The place needs restoration.

I came with a 4 year old child. First, when I informed the hotel that I cannot find the key, they insisted that I have to find the key when I told them I am willing to pay the monies for the lost key. When I left the hotel to go for a short walk after check-out, upon return to collect the luggage, the hotel initially insist that we pay $200 to clean the room and damaged items. I asked them what was damaged and the only thing they could show was a broken lamp. They initially insisted that the place was dirty and require cleaning, to which I reply this is a hotel, of course cleaning is needed. They then insist that I pay EU $100 for a broken lamp that is of a very low quality otherwise they will call the police. I told them I am willing to pay but they should only charge for the cost of the lamp and they insist that the cost of the replacement lamp is EU $100. I asked them why EU $100 and not EU $30. They have no response but insist if i don’t then they refuse to return the luggage and ask me to wait for the police. By holding on to my luggage and threatening to call the police, this is false imprisonment. I have to rush to Zurich and therefore have no choice but to allow them to charge EU $100 to the card.

The environment near the hotel is very beautiful and there are lots of restaurants nearby.

Great location. Room was a good size. Bathroom was a great size for Paris. Nice place. Recommended.

非常にお洒落でコルマールの旧市街中心部へのアクセスも抜群です。宿にはエレベーターもあり大きな荷物もあって安心、受付の方も親切ですが、何よりもこの値段でこんなにお洒落な宿に泊まれることが何よりだと思います。

Hotel in centro,quindi perfetto per chi vuole soggiornare vicino alle attrazioni principali! Hotel “caratteristico”,quindi non vi aspettate modernità ! È stato un bel soggiorno

Excellent séjour dans un hôtel typique de la région, la maison aux colombages est très stylée et de bonne classe ! Je recommande vivement !

酒店位置就在城區中心，去小威尼斯特別方便，酒店樓下也有很多餐廳可以選擇。距離火車站稍有距離，有大件行李建議還是打車前往。衞生間很大但房內設施一般，有年代感，房間隔音一般。

Konum olarak Colmar’ın tam merkezinde, çok bilinen o yılbaşı ağacı ve oyuncakların hemen önünde, odaları ***et şık, rezepsiyon çok ilgili, Colmar’ın olanakları ile ilgili de bilgilendirme yapıldı. Bir daha gitsem düşünmeden kalırım. Teşekkürler.
