This place is somewhat close to airport and about 15 min drive from the city. Very good facility and very friendly staff.

Location was good, but pickup and room cleaning service were not good. When i called to request a pickup from the airport to the hotel, they never came right away. I had to wait for more than 30 minutes each time, and even if I took a taxi, they said they would inform me later and there was no contact. Also, it was confusing because each employee provided different information about the same service. Transportation to the center of Cologne is convenient, but even if a pick-and-drop service is provided, there are some inconveniences. I asked how to take the shuttle from the hotel to the airport station, but they only said it runs 24 hours a day, but did not tell me that there was a reservation system. Therefore, I always waited in the lobby for 20-30 minutes before taking the shuttle. It wasn't the hotel that gave me the worst experience, but it wasn't a good experience.

Hotel is very near from the airport, hotel lobby to T1 Departure took just 5 minutes using their shuttle service. Only downside to this is reaching the hotel from the city. Reception & lounge was spacious with a good vibe. Rooms were also very spacious, even the bathroom & shower area. They have some of the best pillows, so comfy to rest after a long day before an early flight. Checkout process was also smooth. Didn't have enough time to explore other facilities such as the gym or breakfast.

The hotel is well located, stunning hotel, great facilities. Cleanliness is average because when we arrived, the cupboards had food that did not belong to us and the daily room service was very basic just making the bed, changing some not all used towels, on some days they did not even top up the coffee capsules but overall I would recommend the hotel. Enjoyed their pool table and gym facilities as well.

5 minutes away from the airport, I believe the hotel provides a shuttle service to / from the airport if requested. They can also book a taxi if you’re in a rush. The room was very nice and comfortable, although the coffee machine in my room wasn’t working. The hotel lobby and bar look really good although I didn’t spend much time there. There isn’t anything of interest immediately outside the hotel, this might seem slightly odd if you want to go outside for a walk. I had a rental car with me so I had the option of driving 5 minutes to the local shops etc.

The hotel is very modern inside and very nice decoration. In the lounge there’s a lot of space for a big family to sit and relax and order drinks as well. Nice reception service and the reception people speak English. The hotel is within 20 drive to the city centre of Cologne. Only 2 issues: when we checked in they gave a room that was not cleaned, so we had to wait extra long. And the water glasses in the bathroom don’t seem to be very clean. There is water stain at the bottom. I don’t know how often they clean that.

In general the hotel is good. There is free packing space outside the hotel.

Very new hotel. Beautiful decoration and very clean. Super friendly staff! Location was perfect for us a stopover but if you want to be close to cologne city centre than not ideal. Also very dog friendly.
