호텔 측 사정으로 근처에 다른 호텔에 묵었습니다. 사실 당황스럽긴 했는데 좀 멀지만 좋은 곳으로 잡아줘서 편안히 잘 보내고 왔습니다. 알베르고는 위치가 아주 좋고 쾰른 크리스마스 마켓을 보러 가신 거라면 어디든 도보로 다닐 수 있을 정도에 위치해있어요. 저는 방은 못 가보고 리셉션만 있다가 다른곳으로 이동했지만 리셉션에 계신 분들도 아주 친절하고 데스크 근처도 깔끔했습니다.

Christmas Market tour Great stay right in the center of town Service was awesome, I would stay again

Basic, no frills, good location Very basic hotel. No amenities in room. Bathroom was nice, but no extra blanket or pillows. Entrance is strange - through the outdoor restaurant seating. Door is locked until a waiter sees you and lets you in, until after you get your key. Then you’re at a self-service check-in. It works, but it’s very impersonal. Room was clean but hallways and stairs were dirty.

Too noisy!!! No soundproofing!!! We were booked in a room directly over the restaurant and facing the xmas markets. We found the room very noisy on entry and the noise went on till gone 1am. The noise then restarted about 3am when the cleaners came. We were unable to change rooms till the last night of our stay when we were given a quiet room facing another direction. The reception had no sympathy at all and we was greeted with 'what do you expect with a christmas market' I would expect better soundproofing of a room to ensure a peaceful stay. I wouldnt expect silence but certainly not a room that sounds like a nightclub! A complaint will be written to the hotel and i would definitely not stay here again.

Good hotel for a brief stay. The hotel itself in on 2-4ths floors of the building; the first floor is a very busy restaurant... Great things: - they let me check in early - despite having the restaurant of the first floor, the rooms are quiet... Areas for improvement: - no air conditioning/thermostate in the rooms; I needed to keep the windows open to lower the room temp - stair case is carpeted, but the carpet in dirty - the access card to the building does not work at night; i and another customer had to bang on the door and the windows for at least 10 min before someone came to open the door. The reception is not staffed at night... - shower is a sad story... They use 40 cm glass panel to shied the water, which still pours on the floor in the common bathroom area... So, I literally had to mop the floors every single time I would use the shower... Please make it more practical... - no safeboxes in the rooms for any valuables... They claimed that the the hotel is safe, but with the restaurant guests going back and worths, I feel in needed the safe...
