Top Hotel mit freundlichem und zuvorkommenden Personal. Die Zimmer sind gut ausgestattet und die Betten sind sehr bequem. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist reichhaltig und es wir jeder Wunsch erfüllt. Preisleistung stimmt hier total!

This hotel does not care about the comfort of customers. We asked two days in a row if we could have extra pillows and we leave tomorrow and we still don’t have them. The air conditioning was broken and we reported it twice and it is still stifling and broken. We had to buy a fan at 16 euros so we could sleep. Housekeeping didn’t bother making the bed when they were in and there are pointless items like a shoe horn and a nail file but no shower gel, phone nor kettle/ tea/ coffee. You should write your needs on a post it and hang on bathroom mirror- but no pen! Smallest most basic room - fire hazard if you have 2 cases as you need to block the door to have a place to sit them. Appalling service, overpriced, uncomfortable and feel ripped off- and we only leave tomorrow! Stay away from this hotel- service is uncaring and rubbish- a girl just making a list of complaints from rooms on the front desk and doing nothing about them!

Lovely hotel in a great location with only a 10 minute walk to the Cathedral. Really comfy bed in a quiet location. The hotel is very clean and the staff are lovely and friendly. I would definitely recommend this hotel and would stay here again

Great location, central and quiet at the same time. Cleanliness. We were actually very surprised by the excellent reviews of this hotel based on which we made our final decision to stay there. Double rooms were like tiny boxes, the supposed 'double bed' was much too small for two adults and not comfortable. The mattress was very hard, the sheets very slippery. Half of the shower door was missing and it ended up getting very wet in the bathroom. The fan in the bathroom didn't work to help dry things up. Not sure if all rooms are like this or we were just unlucky with room 323. Breakfast was basic but decent, after 9am they don't really bother to refill.

We stayed for two nights on a two-night package. This included 2 nights accommodation, breakfast, welcome drink, and a 24-hour Koln Card. The room was simple, but you get what you pay for. The front of house staff were very polite and helpful and there were lots of friendly faces amongst the staff at breakfast. The main sights are all walkable from the hotel.
