This hotel has no reception or somebody responsible at the location and this can truly ruin your stay. When I arrived at 10pm, late and exhausted because of train delays, I opened the room and found the mattress flipped over onto the floor, wet towels strewn across the room. I did contact their service center in Munich but it took them 45 minutes to get me another (cleaned) room. On the third night I was woken up at 2:30 by somebody who tried over and over to access her room by the keypad - 8 short pings, followed by long one. At 3am I went out and discovered a sobbing lady from China who had just arrived and couldn't get into the place. I contacted Limehouse again, made them to call her, we tried out different access codes, had to take videos of us plunging in the code, till finally she was promised another hotel. By that time it was 4 am and too late to sleep again. The blackout curtain in the room only covers 3/4th of the window so the room was bright by 5am. And there's a mattress protector which makes you feel like you are sleeping on plastic. To sum it up: This is not a hotel where real people take pride and joy in their work, it's a soulless piece of real estate where investors try to squeeze out as much money as possible. Never again!

Unfortunately, I am still staying but I will try to cancel the reservation first thing in the morning. There is no air conditioning in the rooms, even if the windows are open, it is impossible to sleep because of the heat. If you open the windows anyway, flies come in. The night part of our Cologne holiday turned into chaos. It is incomprehensible that there is no cooling device in this heat. We saw the torture that we do not see in the hotels of the Middle East in the middle of Europe.

Great location and spacious. But cleanliness could be improved. A lot of dust, wall is dirty, some of the glasses were dirty too. The blind or the curtain was not functioning properly so we had to really careful when we want to open/close the curtain. And during the day its veryyy hot like a summer in August with heatwave.
