Lorin Syariah Solo Hotel

On the website mention check in time is at 2pm, but eventhough I arrive 2.30pm, the room still not ready. It's not only our rooms, but other guests also had yet their room ready at the promise time. At around 5pm,if not because the guest in front of me start scolding the receptionist, we won't get room key at any soonest time. I booked 3 rooms but only 1 room was ready. When we enter the room, the room was clean in a hurry. The toilet still wet and smell awful, and there is still trash (cotton bud) was not well cleaned near the bed. 20minutes later, the housekeeping then sent us the other 2 rooms key which no different with our current room condition. We also ordered a room service, the food and drink quality also dissapointed. As we are very tired already, we have to bare with it for one night. I tried to understand that it may was due peak season Hari Raya, so the service was super slow, but still our overall experience is total dissapointed and unacceptable.
