Very convenient location but the staff need to improve their services.Also hotel need some upgrades

Always a pleasure to stay at Taj Samudra. Great service and a fantastic Breakfast Buffet. Some of the pricing e.g Fresh Orange juice in the Lobby cafe was extortionate, maybe an oversight

Dirty window without looking out side location

Great location with amazing views.... rooms are v tired and need renovation for sure. Staff is super helpful :)

設備は古めだが、立地は非常に良い。食事が美味しい。スタッフも良い。五つ星のクオリティーの割にそんなに高くなくコスパが良かった。

嚴重不推薦，行程裏住宿最差的一次。 前台辦理入住時，酒店客服就有刁難，説網上付款沒有到位，讓自己在前台再次付款，説如果付款重複了可以退款，但實際上攜程已經轉了錢給酒店，還給了我兩個訂單號讓前台查，結果前台就説不知道號碼是幹什麼用的，裝傻不願意查，直説要再付錢。最後攜程客服幫忙解決了問題，酒店才讓入住。入住後發現這是一家印度酒店，而且酒店內有意思臟毒的東西，強烈不推薦入住！

Worst Taj experience ever, it was not expected from a Taj property. Being a brand which is synonymous to luxury and hospitality, it was a disappointment. The entire property was screaming for maintenance. The carpet flooring outside room was so dirty and looked not been cleaned properly from ages. Room Doorbell which is not an expensive item had no dnd or cleaning sticker, which is very basic of a hotel these days. The room had really bad flooring, dirty corners, with paint patching all over the switches. The wooden furniture was not been maintained at all, and the glass table had all the paint patches also. Along with that wiring was messy and instead of cleaning the switch board they have painted it white. The Ac vent was broken and filthy, seems like not been cleaned since the hotel opened up. Bathroom was even worst, dirty corners broken showers, paint stains all over the glass counter. With all this negative part one n only thing i would appreciate is the smile on the face of the staff. The staff is really good, truly welcoming.

Its being a very colour full and tasty evening in a friendly environment. Had several food corners allowed us to make my taste buds go crazy. Very nice, very coorperative and genuine staff showing the variety of foods to me. No reason I will not be coming here for a second innings.

Was an amazing memorable experience at Taj Samudra. The check in process was smooth and we also got a free upgrade to a sea facing suite. The rooms, the view and the hospitality are unmatched-- A big Thank You for continuing to deliver this kind of experience time and again

The days spent at Taj Samudra were beautiful and pleasant. Their hospitality was outstanding. The breakfast and dinner were delicious. The staff were very friendly. The beach of Gall Face is in front of the hotel. I enjoyed the stunning view of the beach from balcony.

Ports's of Call Restaurant offers an unforgettable dining experience that beautifully combines exquisite cuisine with a warm, inviting ambiance. The atmosphere was vibrant yet relaxing, setting the perfect backdrop for our dinner. And the staff greeted us with genuine smiles, and their service was simply perfect. A special shoutout to MR Dilshan, Chathura, Dias, Ruwan, and Gayan, whose attentiveness made our evening even more enjoyable. As if the evening couldn’t get any better, they surprised us with an anniversary cake that was not only delicious but also beautifully decorated. It was a thoughtful touch that truly made our night special. So thank you very much for the Manager and Team
