staff was extremely friendly, the restaurant very flexible (appreciate this!) and the rooftop coffee bar is very convenient . We had two great evenings here, which obviously also added up to the experience.

Good location, helpful staff, closed to town, not very crowded, easy to get cars going outside, recommend to any people

完全不推薦 味道濃郁 破舊 臟亂差 枕套一看就是沒換過 褶皺上面不知道是蚊子血還是什麼血跡 下飛機看圖片乾淨定了兩天 490多定的 以為最少會乾淨 先湊合兩天 沒想到差的難以想象 床單被套洗不出來的那種黑 根本拍照拍不出來 有破洞的床單下面直接接觸發黃髮黑 全是碎渣皮屑的破舊床墊子 睡得全身發癢 洗個澡吧 浴巾一塊黑 一塊黃 也不知道是什麼 這輩子沒住過這種酒店 設施古老破舊 東西發黃就算了 主要是不乾淨 牆體多處發黴 新國家半夜搬酒店害怕 將就一晚第二天搬走 第二天的房費還不給我退 有一條洗了沒乾的沙灘褲掛在櫃子裏 找攜程找回 酒店説沒有 東西不值錢 性質很惡劣

服務特別好，設施比較老，國內三星水平。適合商務出差，樓頂酒吧好評。

出差的便捷酒店，服務員熱情周到，Nisantha，Lakmal 和 Wijeweer 幫助晚上深夜拿行李和打掃衞生。經濟不好，感覺人來的也不多

We had the best and wonderful stay at the Elyon Colombo Hotel. It was one long stay and the management and staff were so friendly and helpful, any assistance required they were always ready to assist. They made our stay a memorable one. From the staff at the Front Office/Reception to the Restaurant and Bar, the chefs, Housekeeping, porter. They were all great. Also you will not miss the big warm welcome from the moment you step out from your Taxi/Uber with Weejiwera. The staff and management, they make a great team I would surely not hesitate to recommend Best Western - Elyon Colombo to anyone who would want to visit Sri Lanka for business, medical or holiday. Mr. Dilshan was the one who facilitated my reservation right from the beginning, my friend and I came for a day out package on a Saturday. Everything was perfect, the room was cozy, food was delicious and the staff was friendly. Nothing to complain 😇 Mr. Dilshan was so helpful in finding a room on a higher floor and to cater to all our needs even if he was on leave that day. He agreed for us to have a late check out also. Thank you so much for your hospitality. Looking forward to visit you soon for a longer stay. 😊

The hotel service was so good the food at Bristo was good and we enjoyed our stay the front office staff and the restaurant staff was friendly and helpful for us highly recommend this hotel for everyone. It was in the central of Colombo which made our trip really easy
