I upgraded from a deluxe apartment to a premium apartment, which is a higher tier than deluxe. However, the premium apartment had a smaller TV and lacked smart features. In contrast, the deluxe apartment came with a smart TV that included Netflix, YouTube, and various other applications. Due to the persistent rainy weather conditions, we spent most of our time indoors. Once we requested to replace the TV, they promised to do it the next morning, but they never showed up.
One day, my friends and I decided to visit Barista, a five-minute walk from our hotel. We requested umbrellas since it was raining heavily. Unfortunately, the hotel only had one umbrella available, and when we asked for more, they informed us that they were out of stock. Despite the slight rain, we called the reception to inquire about using the swimming pool. They confirmed that we could use it, but when we arrived at the pool, we were informed that it was closed.
When we returned to the reception to seek further assistance, they were unhelpful and stated that they could not allow anyone to use the pool while it was raining. But during my previous calls, the reception confirmed that I can use the pool.
I had planned to extend my stay, but unfortunately, due to the poor service and lack of support, I’ve decided to switch to a different hotel tomorrow. This is, without a doubt, the worst Hilton hotel we’ve stayed at so far.
