It’s a nice hotel with lots of security. The rooms are a bit small and dated but they were clean. Many restaurant options on site with great breakfast and dinner buffet.

Exclent service from the staff. Refurbished and newly renovated room but still have pungent smell of painting but staff very helpful when asked for air freshener. Great stay. Central location

Cinnamon Grand has a beautiful lobby with a welcoming cafe loaded with delicacies. The cafe is staffed with attentive staff and the snacks and cakes are delicious. I also tried their buffets featuring local delicacies, seafood and breakfast during my stay. I thoroughly enjoyed their foods and service.

BED BUGS ...DONT STAY HERE. The property is old and aged. It is not kept very well. Most of all...our clothing got bugs on it...having to spend a lot to disinfect everything.

Its a terrible experience in hotel, behavior of staff is very poor and room cleanness is not good as expected. They didn’t put towel in bathroom , we have to ask them to bring towel in room. Room is not good as mention in web. I recommend to choose another hotel.

The stay was marred by the fact that our Trip.com booking was not received by the hotel and as a result had to pay the hotel additionally and at a higher rate in order to stay. We have yet to get this resolved
