The hotel and rooms is stunning and clean, having recently been refurbished it’s incredible. Location of the hotel is amazing, 5 min walk to a supermarket/gift shop and less than a 10 min walk to the most beautiful beach in Europe. Hotel backs into its own little beach with steps into the sea. We went snorkelling here bought some cheap kits from the shop and had a great time, lots of fish and nice corals. Little town about 15 min walk everything you need there and locals are great and then about 25 mins walk is a big harbour with lots of food choices, shops and ice cream parlours. Big shoutout to Joel at reception—that guy's a legend and a real asset to your hotel. His awesome hospitality and good vibes were a highlight for sure. Also, thanks to the young woman at reception (didn't catch her name, I think she was a new member of staff, however I could be wrong), she was super polite and helpful. We visited as a surprise for my partners birthday and the staff were great. Room was decorated amazingly and kindly gifted a bottle of Cava which was nice and refreshing. I would definitely recommended this little hidden gem before prices increase and becomes a lot more popular as it really is amazing hotel. We was always able to get a sunbed no matter what time of day we went down and there was no sun bed run! Food in the restaurant and snack bar was 10/10. It wasn’t your typical basic all inclusive, they had the basics but always something different, food was hot and tasty. We will definitely be returning and will be recommending to anyone we speak to! This hotel was overall pretty good. We arrived for a 4 night stay and were greeted by a nice guy on the reception who gave us a detailed explanation of the hotel & what it had to offer. The breakfast was lovely, we didn’t have half board or all inclusive. I will say this area isn’t the biggest in Majorca, it’s lovely but not enough options for food I feel if we stayed for a week we’d of wished we’d of upgraded to half board. We mainly used the beaches near by as the pool area is far too small for the capacity of this hotel. The kids pool area is nice but the standard pool was poor. Not enough sun beds, no rules set in place it terms of reserving sun beds and the pool itself was only one depth, which was disappointing! Definitely needs an upgrade. Overall a nice hotel with friendly staff.

Beautiful hotel. Staff are very helpful and friendly. We went all inclusive and the food was excellent. Great choice every day. Most drinks including cocktails are included. Highly recommend this hotel

The Hotel over all is nice rooms are clean and modern and beds are comfy ect service during the day at the pool bar and during meal times is good and fast at taking orders but found at night on the roof top bar it was only one waiter taking orders when it was full which meant we waited a while for drinks. The food was more or less the same everyday for lunch and dinner when doing all inclusive. Not many places to eat out around the hotel and not much to do apart from boat trips. The pool area is rather small and not many sun beds to suit the capacity of the hotel. Over all we enjoyed our stay apart from the small issues.

Whilst the food, bar staff and restaurant staff were wonderful, there simply isn’t enough outdoor daytime space for the capacity of the hotel guests. The sunbeds are all reserved with towels down by 7-8am (which isn’t allowed but the reception staff shrug) leaving few options for those who haven’t put a towel down. You can pay to reserve a pair of sunbeds on the platform by the sea which is fine if there are any available- mostly people pay for them and they are chained up for most of the day whilst the guests are elsewhere. The beach is jagged rock so not comfortable and the bar area is in shade by lunchtime. The roof bar is lovely with good music, a DJ one night, a South American singer another night. The rooms are kept clean and tidy by diligent maintenance staff. If you’d want a holiday exploring the island and want to use this hotel as a base, it is perfect. If you’d, like me, want to have a break from busy life and lie on a sunbed and read your book, this is not the hotel for you.
