This beautiful lakefront home sits on one of the best locations on Higley Flow, located at the base of the Adirondack Park - and is near popular hiking & snowmobile trails, including Higley Flow State Park. A large and gently sloping lawn leads to water as well as patios, fire pit, grill and gliding swing.
