Was assured that it would be. Got there went straight to bed, middle of the night my mother in law went to restroom, low toilet wit loose lid that shifted and nearly put her in the floor, no handrail, tall tub instead of shower, she could not get in. No rails there either, toilet paper holder was broken and laying under sink and paper was behind her where she could not reach. Fast forward to the " breakfast buffet style breakfast " 4 or so biscuits and some sausage patties...oh the waffle iron was working I think. We went to waffle house instead. Called customer service and spoke to Anna, said was sending a claim to them and if they didn't take care of it when we checked out to call back and they would handle it. Nothing was known about it and no Mgr on premises. Called customer service back and after 30 minutes on the phone offered me extra points, I told him I didn't pay with points but with money. Was told to call hotel because of being privately owned they couldn't help me. I have been trying to get in touch with the manager to no avail. Will try again tomorrow. I am a Choice rewards member but will never stay at one of their properties again. Motel 6 would probably have been better. Update, been a week nor response from anyone yet. I guess the best way to handle an issue is to ignore it till it goes away

I'm only giving this 3 stars because management went above n beyond Amy will keep us coming back.checked in and I went to my room to catch some z's before we go to work. Husband n another person in another room went to home depot before coming back to sleep before work at night. All of a sudden, I hear stomping and running back-and-forth and the room above me. So I thought it was kids I left it alone. Then I hear it again n again. I go downstairs and I ask like young lady at desk is there construction going on or are there kids upstairs? I told her we sleep during day work at night. Turns out there was another complaint on them before I got there...she said she would handle it. I went back to my room. Just as I was drifting...BOOM BOOOOOOM BOOOM BOOOM I couldn't believe it. I put earplugs in n tried to ignore. Husband got back and tried to sleep ....nope Boom boom boom. He called downstairs. They apologized and said they would handle it. Well...u could tell they went running toward the door...then u could hear a slam and huge booms...enough to where our pictures shook like they were jumping up n down. Over and over and over again. I went down stairs in tears just exhausted n upset.. I really couldn't believe this is happening Amy was called yet again...the young girl working was so empathetic and so apologetic. They really did all they could do on my part. Asked me if I wanted to move.. I said no..I should t have to up n move all my stuff. I went back upstairs. More noise for like 20 more minutes and then it stopped. I. Assuming they took care of it. The girls at the desk and Amy will make easier to come back again. Word of mouth is the best or worst advertisement. They helped me because they elwanted to not cuz it was their job. They went above n beyond Thank u ladies

I made a reservation knowing the area would be busy on a Friday night. We arrived at 6 pm and rooms were not cleaned. There was a line of angry travelers waiting to check in. The young man at the desk was doing the job of 3 people while trying to accommodate upset guests. When we finally got a room the floors were not swept, the refrigerator was not cold, and there food in the microwave. Breakfast was a joke. By 8 am there were no biscuits and gravy, muffins, bagels, or pastries. The few sausages were swimming in grease. It wasn’t long until the eggs, pancake syrup, yogurt and coffee were gone. There was no one to refill anything and we were told the breakfast person did not come in. So all the guests who chose this property expecting a hot breakfast were just out of luck. And no one with the hotel seemed to care. The hotel experience was sad and disappointing. It is not as advertised. This property is mismanaged and does not deserve to be a Sleep Inn.
