It's tucked away behind the main house, surrounded by trees, making it feel like a treehouse hideaway. You'll have the entire guesthouse to yourself(ves)! Since it's detached and located behind the main house, the back yard area is shared, but you still have the ability to maintain your privacy. Access to the guesthouse is easy and located right off Rosewood Drive. Because it's so secluded you'd never know you're within walking distance to restaurants, bars, and grocery stores.
