This is Unit B at The Grove at Cherry, an updated tri-plex located in the Old Shandon area in the heart of Columbia. You'll have the entire 2 bed / 1 bath unit to yourself with all of the amenities needed for a comfortable stay.
The location is very convenient to Five Points, The Vista, Downtown, USC, Fort Jackson, etc. Great for a quick weekend getaway as well as for business professionals looking for an extended stay.
How is so much comfort packed into such a small space? You'll have to see it to believe it. This isn't a large spacious home, but has everything you need for a comfortable and relaxing stay. Netflix, some local channels and some cable channels (via Roku) are available along with a full kitchen, coffee bar, brand new washer, dryer and new stove. The bathroom has been completely renovated as well. There is a queen bed in the main bedroom and a full size bed in the guest bedroom.
You'll have the whole apartment to yourself. The parking area is shared among the 3 units.
I don't live in town but am in Columbia all the time so there's a decent chance I'm around if you need me. But if not, my property manager lives in Columbia and can help out whenever needed.You'll be able to self check-in upon arrival.
So much so close. Less than a mile from 5 points. Walking distance (0.5 miles) to the shops and restaurants of Devine Street. 5-10 minutes from downtown, the Vista and USC. Only 10 min to Fort Jackson or Williams Brice Stadium. Most of the major hospitals are within 10-15 minutes.
Car is the dominant mode of transportation in Columbia and just about everything is less than 20 minutes away. Uber and Lyft are also great options if you don't want to drive. And there are also restaurants, bars and shops along Devine Street, which is only 4 blocks away!
There are a total of 5 off-street parking spaces shared among the 3 units. It's first come, first served for parking. There is also free parking along the street.

You will receive a 'boarding pass' upon confirmation with guidebooks, property specific details, check in / parking instructions and more! You can share this link with anyone in your party for access to the details!
The maximum occupancy that is shown in the listing includes any and all visitors that will be at the home. Over-occupancy or unauthorized events will result in IMMEDIATE eviction without refund. Any guest who refuses to vacate when instructed will be treated as a trespasser.
No parties, events, or gatherings over the listed occupancy are allowed under any circumstances. Bookings made under false pretenses will be denied access with no refund.
You must be 25 years of age or older in order to book one of our homes.
While we ask a series of screening questions to all guests, local guests are subject to additional screening steps, including a phone call. We reserve the right to cancel any guest reservations at our discretion.
Quiet hours are from 10PM until 8AM every day of the week. We have zero tolerance for noise complaints and multiple violations will result in immediate eviction without refund.
No smoking or vaping inside of the home under any circumstances. You will incur an additional fee of $500 if you smoke within the home + the cost of any damages. If you smoke outdoors you must dispose of any debris safely, do not discard anything in the yard or patio.
No illegal substances or activities on the premises.
Pets must be approved in advance. We charge a pet fee for up to 2 pets at all of our pet friendly locations. If there is evidence of any undisclosed pets in the home (pet friendly or non-pet friendly), you will be charged for cleaning + any additional damages.
If the property is left in an unusually dirty condition that requires deep cleaning beyond our standard turnover, an additional fee will be charged to cover the extra housekeeping costs.
Early check in and late check out for up to 2 hours is available per calendar availability, at an additional cost. This must be requested through your boarding pass, and we will approve / decline after reviewing our cleaning schedule.
Do not tamper with smoke detectors, security devices, or Wi-Fi equipment.
If personal items are left behind a fee of $25 + shipping costs will be charged back to you.
