Great location. It’s by everything you could think of. Whether your staying a day or a week great place.

While not a luxury property, this hotel provides a reliable stay. It's a goo choice for a short stay in the area. While it's very close to the exit off I185, it's on the north side of Columbus and as a result it is about a 10 to 15 minute drive to the downtown area. Service was good and the property is well maintained. Reasonable cost.

Overall our stay was ok. The hotel is very convenient to everything. Pool was clean. Our suite was a bit outdated but overall clean and very spacious. I could hear children above me running at night. So, it can be a bit noisy. Jessica was great checking us in. She was super helpful and very friendly! The down fall is the breakfast. They do not really restock it. So you better get down there early, like really early or you will miss out. The breakfast attendant stated that the truck never came and that’s the reason that there was a lack in breakfast. However, after reading other reviews it seems that this is a common issue for this hotel. Hopefully it will get resolved. Again over the stay was ok.

First of all, the hotel is old and needs a lot of remodeling, next a lot of room has or have some deficiencies. One of my co worker his AC unit flooded my other co workers room his bed was dirty my room, the bathroom has cracks in tiles and mold. The breakfast ladies don’t have a fresh coffee in the morning as a matter of fact one breakfast lady told me not to throw the cold coffee and just microwave it to heat up, what’s the purpose of fresh coffee in the morning? Most hotel have a fresh coffee in the morning the receptionist will make it, why can’t this hotel don’t do it?? Fresh coffee in the morning. I will give kudos for Stephen for great service and also the two ladies in housekeeping Kalayha and Kay, they help me of what I need in my room with a quickness and smile thank you and also the clerk on evening 21 March she is very delightful and greet everyone with a huge smile you know her she is great and hardworking, only if the kitchen staff can at least make fresh coffee first thing in the morning it would have been great!

I stay here on the regular. I never have a bad experience. If something does not work in the Roman the staff quickly take care of it and/or replace it. The place is always clean. The front desk staff is always ready to help. Mark

This hotel exceeds expectations!! I visit this often when I travel for work in Columbus. I always find it to be clean with a pleasant smell. The staff from the Manager to the housekeepers are always very professional and courteous. They make sure mine and my colleagues are very well taken care of and that they do all that they can to accommodate us. And just from personal observation I’ve noticed the same attentiveness to other patrons as well. You guys have my business anytime I’m in town!! You rock!!! Charles Ellington

This Marriott location accommodations are definitely disappointing for a Platinum Elite Bonvoy Business traveler. The outlet for the coffee maker did not work. The blanket in the closet was filthy dirty and had dried ketchup on it. There were no tissues in the bathroom. Lastly the shower was barely coming out of the shower spout due to the shower spout not allowing all the water to come out of the shower head

The staff was amazing! They will willing to do whatever was needed to make guests will welcome. However, the rooms desperately need to be updated. The rooms are nicely laid our. However, our room had stains on the floor and cracks in the sink and bath tiles. The hall carpets were dirty too.

The location was great for food, shopping and getting round town. The rooms were quiet, clean and very comfortable. Staff always greeted in the morning and when returned in the evening. The free breakfast every morning definitely helped the travel budget, too. I'd stay here again.
