Residence Inn Columbus

Spent three weeks here in a studio with a full equipped kitchen which was essential to me because I have food allergies and need to cook for myself... I give this place five stars out of five stars. They go to great lengths to keep the property clean and neat, including the exterior. Spotless. Need an extra roll of paper towel or some more lotion or some of their delicious body wash or it shampoo or hair conditioner... Just ask. They have a nice full breakfast every morning, complimentary. They also have a nice indoor heated pool and a nice Fitness room. They have a nice lounging area outside. Coffee, teasing, waters, complimentary, in the front area, too. I was impressed because the rooms are so well insulated. I didn't hear a sound from any other room around me ever. That's huge. Every single person who works here always had a smile and a nice word to say, and they were friendly.... What a pleasure. They also have plenty of sidewalks and green space for walking my goldendoodle witch was wonderful. I can't think of one thing.I would change about this place or the staff. Awesome all around. You're close to the interstate, if you want to go to indy or cincinnati or louisville... It's about a ten minute drive to downtown columbus... Or you could head over to nashville, indiana and look at the quaint shops and enjoy the beauty of the area. This place is awesome.

With a comfortable and clean room, a friendly and helpful staff, and a breakfast with a variety of options, this place checked all of the major boxes. The location was convent for visiting Brown County State Park. Would certainly stay here again if we were in the area.

The phone number posted in Google for this facility is a SCAM. They charged me $ 255.89 Check out receipt for the correct amount is $ 141.96 Overcharged $ 113.93, already reported to my credit card company. Other than that facility is nice except they force you to pay $ 20.00 upon arrival for"incidentals". I never got that money back.
