Had 2 hotel reservations, one for Marriott Titanium member and one for Marriott an ambassador member. Did online check-in,arrived at the hotel at 3:15, standard checkin time is 3 PM only to find out that our rooms are not available, when I asked to speak to the MOD the person at the front desk had a total blank look on their face. They had no understanding what an MOD is, which is manager on duty finally after 15-20 minutes the MOD comes down and says they apologized the hotel was busy last night! Are you kidding, I don’t care room should be pre-book/assigned to status members first! Finally at 4:15 pm our rooms are available, we had a meeting at 3:30. The hotel needs to hire MOD that actually have experience beyond working at Motel 6. It was totally deplorable the service level received at this hotel. The management company that’s running this Hotel needs to go back to Cornell University and take hotel management 101 and understand guest relationships, and the importance of taking care of ambassador and lifetime Titanium members. If you’re looking to stay at a property, that’s run by a bunch of amateurs stay at this property. I just don’t understand how Marriott corporate allows management companies and local properties to have this type of poor service level. I’ve attached a few pictures which reflect the poor quality/maintenance of this property. Totally unacceptable. PCUSA Rating: F

Excellent check in and guest services! Iiesha was friendly, welcoming and helpful telling me about the area. Stopped by the bistro and the server was the same. The area the hotel is in is very nice to take a walk or if you want to shop. I would recommend.

I recently stayed at the Courtyard by Marriott in Columbus, Ohio, and had a fantastic experience. Iiesha, who checked me in, was incredibly patient and professional. She took the time to explain the amenities and local attractions, which I really appreciated. Every time I passed through the lobby, Iiesha greeted me with a warm smile and a friendly demeanor, and I noticed she extended the same courtesy to every guest she interacted with. The hotel itself was spotless, and every staff member I encountered was friendly and professional. The overall atmosphere made my stay very comfortable and welcoming. If I find myself in Columbus again, I will definitely choose this hotel. Highly recommend! If there was any negative aspect of my stay, it would be that the fridge that I had in my room had a two hour timer in which it would keep items in the refrigerator cold. Then it appeared to be eight hours In which it would be turned off before it could be turned on again.

Props to Daniel and Christina. Their service at the Bistro was quick, attentive, and polite. My stay here at was very comfortable. Room was very clean and the front desk staff were very easy to work with. When I return to Easton for work again I will definitely look at staying here again

Iiesha the person who assisted with my checkin was incredible! She was gracious, patient and kind. Also very Knowledgeable! When there was an issue with my room she got me a better room! When I requested a late check out she accommodated in a big way. Thank you so much for the amazing service.

Billie was super helpful - she is a cheerful spirit and I appreciate her dedication. The rooms were clean and we used their catering service: the Beef Wellington was excellent. I would not hesitate to bring my group to this facility again. Thank you
