Club Mahindra Acacia Palms

It was an amazing experience as always. Club Mahindra Resorts are the best always. Now after pandemic we were very afraid to stay at hotel. But club Mahindra we did not think twice and stayed there for almost 10 days...Thank you so much. Keep up the good services.

The worst club Mahindra stay we have ever stayed at.The fan wasn’t working properly,we called for assistance no one came.The fridge wasn’t working.Their was smell in the rooms.Requested for a better room surely they don’t have as given to all outsiders.No priority given to club members.Only Prashant and the cooking staff were helpful.The property is badly Maintained,On the last day requested for apple purée for baby that also wasn’t ready on time.Not a good experience at all.

An impromptu getaway with family at the Colva Beach in South Goa at the Acacia Palms resort a Club Mahindra property was nothing less than like having an much needed Elexir to breathe in life back. The resort is a small well kept property just next to the beach. The entire staff went put of their way to ensure we had a comfortable & happy stay. The activities planned aimed to engage all age groups. My parent's had a eventful time. The Front desk Team of Lourdes & Fatima under the guidance of Sybel ensured a smooth check in & check out as also other minor issues resolved in quick time. The house Keeping team of Deepak, Sanly & Samuel ***** with the rest were always available at beck & call doing a wonderful job. At the F&B Mr Raj Paul & Aldrich ensured a palate with courtesy at all time's. Mr Aayush at the activities Club was always full of Josh & exuberance ensuring to engage everyone positively. All in all we had a lovely time and would recommend to anyone looking to have a family vacation.

A wonderful experience the rooms are awesome and well maintained and the place is a must visit and the beach is just 4 minutes aways from resort. The service provided by Mr. Prashant, Ms. Kajol Ms. Vanxani, Mr. Vensel, Mr. Munser Ali, Mr. Biyogi, Mr. Londes was wonderful. And the vibes of the place is remarkable.

What a memorable experience! We went as a group of friends to join in on the Holi celebrations at Club Mahindra Acacia Palms. The event was very well coordinated and staff went out of their way to make us all feel welcome. Particular thanks go to Mr Rajpaul, the F&B manager, who worked with me to create the event. A mention also goes out to Riya and Mo( apologise forgot his full name) for entertaining us and involving us with the dancing! Each member of our group was complimentary about the welcome, the food, the venue, the service and most importantly, the happy time we had. One of the members, who is wheelchair bound, stayed back for the entire time! He was delighted to be part of the day! We look forward to a return soon after the monsoons. The members of F&B staff were very accommodating. Thank you to Suraj as well. GM of the resort…….you have a super group working within the F&B department of Acacia Palms, Colva!

One of the best managed property of Club Mahindra.Though property is small in comparison to Club Mahindra other property but is well managed. Very neat & clean . Food is excellent. Location is best very close to Colva beach . Staff is very courteous, hospitable and helpful .
