Premier Inn Llandudno (Glan-Conwy)

Clean and tidy room. No aircon but fan was working on our arrival. Bed was comfortable, pillows not too soft not too hard just like we like. No noise in the room from the outside. Lots of parking spaces but it cost £3 per night.

Be warned the Tripadvisor link above states the car parking is free however, a charge has to be paid to leave a car/van at the hotel.

We have stayed here previously about 2 years ago and decided to book again as our last stay was really good. It was the same on this occassion. We had booked a family room and it was a good size and the cleanliness of the room and the hotel in general was very clean. The only down side to this hotel is the lack of aircon and we stayed on saturday when it was extremely hot but this is beyond the control of the hotel and it does say on the website about not having aircon and the staff were very accomodating and provided a fan. The hotel is also in a perfect place for visiting North Wales.

We used Premier Inn for an overnight whilst visiting 2 gardens in North Wales. As usual it did not disappoint. Lovely welcome (and for once a room that wasn't at the outer reaches and a hike from reception lol) Well appointed room and a great breakfast in the attached restaurant (free this time as a special offer when I booked so we did not avail ourselves of the meal deal, although we did eat in the restaurant last night). Thank-you Premier Inn once again.

The room standards for the price are lower then we expected. Very outdated and basic rooms. When we arrived our toilet paper wasn't topped up and one of the bathroom lights wasn't working. The baby travel cot had a broken base. We booked for the meal deal with the brewer's fayre and waited for an hour in our room for a table to be available just to find out the wait for the food would be an hour and a half as the restaurant is very busy. The bed was comfortable and the room had a basic clean but didn't look like it had a deep clean as there was dust in corners around the bed. There was no need to book for the table for breakfast, we were seated straight away and the food was good and fresh. Overall pretty disappointing especially that we have spent the two previous nights in a different premier in in Pembrokeshire and for a better price per night the experience was much better.

Such great service from Luke. We arrived on friday and wil leave on Sunday. Will come again next year and may pop in fr lunch when in the area........................................................................................
