Excellent hotel. They serve us cava for welcome drinks. also the view is so good. we can see the sunset in our room. The breakfast and dinner is also very delicious.

Insgesamt schönes Hotel mit leckerem Frühstück. Für den Preis hätte ich bisschen mehr erwartet.

Superb hotel, staff are very professional but friendly with it, nothing is to much trouble, best breakfast ever, great choice of fresh well presented food, dinner same, well worth staying if coming to Majorca, right on the beach, surrounded by bars and restaurants if b/b , stunning views from priority rooms

I’ve spent couple of days in this beautiful hotel and I already know that I will come back again , because the way this hotel has a positive effect on you and all the people who work hard here is simply unique and it would be a shame not to come back. Thank you very much for everything.

Just home from 3 nights here with my other half, and we couldn't be more pleased.Staff for friendly on arrival with a welcome drink for us both. The hotel itself was clean and we had quite amazing views over the beach. Add to that the rooftop pool and reasonably priced cocktails we were more than happy. We went half board for our breaks and the breakfast was varied and suitable for all tastes. We'd definitely not hesitate to book again for our next break.

Great hotel with friendly and helpful staff. A lot of choice on breakfast. Swim pool on the top is very nice. Room was small but sufficient, very comfortable bed, very clean. Hotel by the beach., close to the airport and the capitol. We recommend

We had an amazing experience! The staff are so attentive and kind. The resort was very clean. Breakfast was delicious and extensive. Pool and pool deck was clean, peaceful, and relaxing. Beach within seconds outside of pool area with beach bars and shops along boardwalk. Lovely trip!

Best hotel we’ve stayed in Palma. Location is great ten minutes from airport but not that close that your actually impacted by it. Pool great with plenty of places to find the sun or shade if you prefer. The staff were fabulous. Always pleasant happy and making sure you're looked after. Special shout outs to Johan, Bamba, Stefan, Vicktoria and Soukaini. Great touches like free ice cream and beer deliver around the pool was a nice touch too. The food was absolutely fabulous too. Already booking for next year.

This hotel is stunning! The customer service is like nothing I have ever experienced before. The staff are pleasant, consistently, and go out of their way to help. The breakfast staff are so friendly especially the lady with the auburn short hair. A smile and a wink every morning. Luna on reception desk helped me with several queries! If you’re considering a trip to Palma this hotel is easily accessible to the city, and has a lovely ambience. It’s also spotlessly clean. The half board, which we had, was unbelievable good value. Fresh fish salads meats all prepared and something to suit everyone. The ginger and white chocolate cake for dessert will leave you wanting more. Excellent food in this hotel . To conclude, we are Definitely coming back. Five stars here and more from us.

This is the second Iberostar we have stayed in and it seems to be a chain that really cares about the customer experience. The Bahia De Palma is a fabulous hotel in a great location, a few steps to the beach but only 15-20 minutes by bus into Palma. We found the whole team incredibly friendly and professional plus the place is spotless. There is a wide selection of food and the hotel is very happy to cater for dietary requirements (I’m vegan). The only down side being there so early in the season is that the pools were chilly however the complementary pool side cocktails more than made up for it (there is an amazing roof terrace with infinity pool as well as the main and several small spa pools). We will definitely stay again sometime soon 😎

Excellent in every way. Wonderful staff and hotel. Spotless everywhere. We had a room on 7th floor and was perfect. Large open balcony full sea view. Reception are very professional and friendly. Would definitely return here. Thank you to all hard working staff.

We thought we must write a review about this hotel, as we stay in many hotels and this one was exceptional. Where do I start. Location is fantastic, just across from the beach. Very clean hotel in all areas. And where do we start with the staff ?? Everyone was amazing from the cleaners to the manager. Nothing was a problem .We would liked to have had a kettle in the room but did not ask .If we had asked a kettle would have been provided we later found out. We would especially like to thank Silvia, Vanessa, Chrysoula and the Manager Luis who went out of there way to look after us. Complementary drinks by the pool was another nice touch. Our only complaint was that we did not stay any longer than we did, but rest assured we will be returning. Thankyou Diane and Gary Loates.

My friend and I had an amazing stay! The hotel is clean, comfortable and has a ton of amenities like a spa, multiple pools and rooftop bar! Most importantly, the service was impeccable! Especially Amira, Yojhan and guest manager Silvia! They provided great recommendations and amazing service. Would visit again just for them as they made our stay in Mallorca unforgettable!

We have just returned from a great stay at this hotel. We hopped in a taxi from the airport instead of waiting for the coach transfer, It was a 10 min drive and 18 euro. Check in was very quick and efficient, we were offered a glass of fizz and a cold towel to freshen up. We booked a terrace pool view room and we were very pleased with its location, the terrace rooms also had a whirlpool for the rooms on the terrace level to use. The rooms were spotless and cleaned to a high standard everyday, the only negative is the rooms are very much on the small side so storage and room for toiletries was very limited, we were only there for 5 days so we managed. The food was fine, plenty of choice for breakfast and evening meal, The staff in the restaurant were lovely and friendly. We used the hotel bar most evenings for a couple of drinks, again the staff were great, especially Johan who was so nice to deal with. The hotel is definitely located in the nicest part of the resort, in the more central area it was quite rowdy at night so we tended to use the bars and restaurants around the hotel of which there were plenty. The hotel as a whole was spotless and had a lovely pool area, and the roof top pool was amazing and had fantastic views. There are lots of really nice outdoor seating areas too. A real positive was there was no mad dash for sunbeds in the morning, you could go to the pool at pretty much any time of the day and get a bed. It is worth heading into Palma for the day, the bus stop was only a couple of mins from the hotel and was 2 euros each way. We travelled as 3 couples and the hotel took note of our request to have the rooms together which was much appreciated. We have all said that if we wanted a relaxing short break this will be the hotel we return to.
