This hotel is fantastic. The rooms were clean and cleaned daily with fresh towels. Breakfast was amazing, lots of choice. The staff were all so professional, no complaints at all. friendly and take their jobs seriously, could not fault them. Wonderful experience For English speakers, the majority of guests are German, but all very polite and friendly

Best situated 200 m. from Palma beach (clean, large and with shower service). The hotel offers a quality buffet, best Spanish dishes with Inter afilan cuisine and exquisites from Mallorca. Nice personnel and always helpful with trips and recommendations. This is a fantastic place for families with 3 outdoor swimming pools. If you can book a suite with terrace is fantastic with Balinese bed and jacuzzi outside! I recommend this place for families.

We enjoyed our stay in hotel Luxor. Waiters José & Manuel are the best! They are always with a smile. Those 2 man know how to handle with clients. Excellent service! It's because of them that we give this hotel a good review. It also was a good location and the food was good. Thanks José & Manuel 4 the positive vibes, you 2 guys rock HARD!

This is by far one if the greatest experiences that I had in a hotel. Me and my family are people that look for very qualitative hotels and this hotel has it all: generous and modern room, excelent food and their greatest asset , the most friendly and helpful staff I have ever met. A large family group stayed here over the Easter break. Its a lovely hotel situated a short distance from the main strip where there is an abundance of shops and restaurants and a fabulous beach that stretches for miles. Lovely tapas bar next door to the hotel and shops. We were half board and the food was plentiful, well presented, different choices every night and tasty. The staff set up 2 big tables for us for the duration of our stay. Rooms were spacious with plenty of towels. Beach towels can be hired at reception. The pool was cold in April but didnt stop the kids from getting in. Covid protocols were good, plenty of hand sanitiser and enforced mask wearing. We went to the bar every night and the drinks were great value. Hotel only 10mins from airport. Thanks to Antonio and all the team. We had a great time

Our extended family stayed here over the Easter holidays. We ranged in age from 8 to 80. The hotel is modern, extremely clean and the staff are professional,helpful and gentle in manner. The food was delicious with lots of choice. It was very good value for money. Thank you to Antonio and staff for a lovely holiday experience.

Our stay in this hotel was a great experience. Our room was very clean and spacious. The food and the buffet was wonderful. I just found the location a little problematic, given the disaster public transport in Palma.

Hôtel en bord de mer, personnel très accueillant et en particulier José, cuisine raffinée. Chambre très propre et agréable, bar et piscine appréciables. Jacuzzi et lit libanais en rooftop qui font du bien en fin de journée. Nous avons passé de très bonnes vacances.

Für unsere Reise perfekt, nicht ganz im Trubel der Playa, sauber und ordentlich, nette Mitarbeiter, sehr gutes Frühstück, tolles renoviertes Zimmer mit Blick in den schönen Garten. Pool wurde von uns nicht genutzt, sah aber toll aus. Wir würden wieder kommen.
