Maspalomas Princess

We came as a family of 4 for 11 nights 17th -28th of April. The hotel was spotlessly clean and the food was great (even with fussy eaters) The pool areas were lovely and there was always plenty of sun loungers. We did try and avoid the gravel/ sand area! The entertainment team were fantastic with our girls (7) & (4)! They always had something going on whether it be different themed crafts in mini club or taking them in to the splash park to do mini disco in the pool. I wanted to give a special mention to Sara and Nico! They were so welcoming and kind to ours girls. They went the extra mile to ensure they had the best time! Thank you so much to you both, you made our children’s holiday fun and memorable :)

We enjoyed our week stay at this hotel. The food was decent and a great choice. Themed nights ensured it was different. The entertainment wasn't always the best but there were a couple of tribute acts and similar which were still enjoyed. Quizzes always fun. Bars shut at 11 and couldn't buy drinks after that but it did mean didn't stay up all night. Snack bars good choice. Cocktails on all inclusive disappointing as from a machine. But the draft beer was good. Cava in ice buckets Lovely and clean resort, at the time of year went plenty of room for sunbeds etc. Staff were very helpful. Our air con wasn't working when we arrived. But they come and fixed it straight away. Overall we enjoyed the resort. Few faults but nothing major and would recommend a stay here.

Beautiful hotel. The room was large with plenty of storage space and a comfortable two seater settee. The lighting enhanced the room and could be varied to suit your purposes. The bathroom was spotlessly clean and the whole apartment was cleaned to a high standard every day. The bed was large and comfortable. We were gifted additional pillows even though we had not requested them. The food was plentiful with a whole array of hot delicious choices - although the food sometimes could have been hotter. However there were numerous microwaves for guests to use - and I did use one on two occasions. There was as an extensive salad bar, cheese bar, sweet/dessert bar. The bars were mainly self service with very efficient bar staff as back up for beverages not available to help yourself. The beer was fine. The red wine was not so good but drinkable. All public areas we used were well maintained and clean. Poolside loungers were plentiful and were in good order and clean. The ‘beach’ areas mainly for children were clear of litter but the loungers were a little grubby. The evening entertainment was moderately good and different each night. All in all a wonderful holiday experience and we would definitely return probably more than once. Thank you to all at the Tabaiba Princess.
