Also note that this is a pet-free and smoke-free home. No smoking of any kind inside the house. This includes marijuana and vaporizing. Violations will incur a $1,000 fee. Exterior of the house is under video surveillance. We do not have any cameras inside, respecting our guests privacy. The fireplace is for decorative purposes only.
