C’était mon premier voyage Conakry. Grâce à ONOMO HÔTEL je me suis senti chez moi. Bonne continuation. Cependant, j’étais un tout petit peu gêné par la nécessité d’activer ma carte à tout moment. Cela a occasionné bcp de va-et-vient de ma chambre à la réception. Même le jour de mon départ j’ai passé plus de 10mn devant ma porte 2020 avant que solution ne soit réglé. Cependant, j’ai été très ravi et heureux d’avoir passé mon séjour dans votre hôtel.

房間裏很潮濕,住了十來天就換了一次床單被罩,還是我要求的,否則每天不換。設施非常簡陋,就一條起毛巾一瓶水,其他全無。泳池和早餐還挺好

今回、普段とは違うホテルに泊まってみました。 朝食などは、普通かなって感じです。 部屋に、ポットやカップがなく、頼んでポットを持って来て貰いましたが、壊れていて使えませんでした。

Great hotel. Reasonable price. Friendly and accommodating staff. Comfortable rooms and bathrooms. Great food with buffet breakfast (included) and paying lunch & dinner. Nice pool and outdoor deck and beautiful gardens. Safe. Shops, restaurants and bank only five minutes walk to the right of the hotel. Only downside is the hotel gym - the worst i have ever seen with just dumbbells and no bench. Broken single treadmill and broken multi-use equipment. The room also smelled bad. I note some reviews mention issues with missing reservations or double booking but i didn’t experience this as booking reserved beforehand in person by a friend.

The hotel double booked my room despite my paying in advance. I notified the hotel I would be arriving at 2 am. I arrived to learn that the hotel did not have a room for me nor did they seem to care. They never notified ******* who had to contact them to give me a refund. They had no intention of refunding me since they never notified me or *******. I contacted the Management four+ times via email. No one responded. At 2:30 am I had to find a new hotel and thank goodness my guide was still with me. I would not book a room here.

I travel from Boston arrive late have a reservation and the said the sold out after fighting with them I got a filthy room The worst hotel anyone can stay No towels No pillow cases Room filthy I will advice no one to stay here u can see the pictures

Stayed at the Onomo for a work trip with my booking being confirmed and paid for in advance by our travel agent. When I arrived, I was told that their booking system had had an error resulting in rooms being doubled booked, and my room was no longer available. What was particularly disgraceful is the fact they had known about this issue with the bookings long in advance but had made zero effort to contact those who would be effected. The only alternative they were able to offer was one of their larger apartments which I had to share with a someone who I had never met before (who also had the exact same problem!); this apartment did have two separate rooms but had no locks on the door ... The following day, I spoke to the manager who apologised but was not willing to offer any sort of refund (partial, or full) and only wanted to give a free lunch at their hotel which I didn't want or need since I was checking-out beforehand. The manager then agreed to offer a c. $30 discount on my next booking in lieu however, when I emailed the address he gave me [as well as later cc'ing in the generic hotel email], I was told what was agreed would not be possible and they eventually stopped replying. I will add that, in the past, I have stayed here for previous work trips and not had serious problems: the rooms are modern and pretty reasonable, as is the food, and the helpfulness / attitude of the staff is pretty hit and miss [some are great, others are awful]. Gym is pretty rudimentary. WiFi is VERY temperamental. So I'd probably give this a 3/5 otherwise. But with the aforementioned issue of double-booking bought-and-paid-for rooms and making zero effort to not only contact people ahead of time but then also going back on a small yet agreed-upon form of compensation, I honestly would not recommend risking making a booking here unless the likes of the Riviera, Noom etc. are fully booked (these other hotels are far superior and better value for money despite higher costs). To that end, I've made an internal recommendation not to use this hotel again, and I will only do so unless there is no other option.

I landed and took the apartment, It has a nice-sized room, they have a good lobby area with an ATM inside and their staff is nice. The room was clean but the bed sheet and pillow covers were dirty and I had to make them change it after a long flight which was a headache but they did it. the bar area is good they have a big screen for matches and news. and the buffet is OK. Internet connection is decent in the propertyy.

I have visited in this hotel in 09th may 2023 for business travel and I will check out from this hotel on 03rd June 2023, but this hotel service is very poor, his staff behaviour is so rude and arrogant, The hotel staff and his manger is no response for your query and behave like he has been paid for my room charges, I suggested to people don't visit this hotel, I have already escalated to my travel team for this hotel service, but hotel team also not responding over call or mail.

I was on a work trip for 5 nights and this place was a good place to go back to after a long day of work. Very comfortable rooms with sea view. The internet was pretty decent most of the time. The menu was very diverse food was excellent and the staff very helpful and nice. Only minus is that there is zero atmosphere as the restaurant, bar and the lobby are all in the same area and there is a huge screen showing live news non stop or football matches. Exceptional value for money.
