Originally I gave this hotel a 5/5 because the staff are lovely, but they over charged me and will not give me the refund that is owed me. They ignore my phone calls and emails. Such a shame because the place is nice and the staff are marvelous. Here was my original review: We stayed at the Riviera Royal because they hosted our 1-wk conference of local professionals. I enjoyed my stay at the hotel as the staff were friendly and hospitable. For our conference management, we were assigned Fanta Kakoro, and I wanted to take a moment to say what a fantastic job she did in working with us. She handled all of our guests efficiently and was always professional and pleasant. She managed all issues (all minor) that came up and helped us reached resolution. Fanta is a valuable member of the Riviera Royal team and we appreciate the time spent with her on our conference.

For our conference management, we were assigned Fanta Kakoro, and I wanted to take a moment to say what a fantastic job she did in working with us. She handled all of our guests efficiently and was always professional and pleasant. She managed all issues (all minor) that came up and helped us reached resolution. Fanta is a valuable member of the Riviera Royal team and we appreciate the time spent with her on our conference.

The best place to stay in Conakry: Rooms are huge and immaculately clean, laundry service is very quick (compared to other hotels in the city). The hotel have two restaurants in addition to the coffee area by the lobby used for breakfast. Both restaurants menus have plenty of choices, different cuisines (the restaurant downstairs by the swimming pool Injira is more middle east cuisine oriented and offer a nice barbecue buffet every Thursday). The Siete bar restaurant at the rooftop have a more Asian menu, but every single dish is top notch, the bartender makes amazing cocktails and the staff is very efficient. The swimming pool is decent size and very clean. One of the biggest plus in this hotel is the Gym: the hotel have two facilities, a huge CrossFit gym and a well equipped temporary gym (i think the main one by the swimming pool is being upgraded), the hotel have tennis courts as well. Two ATMs withing the hotel parking area, a barbershop and clothing concept store.

Great ! The staff are very flexible and willing to go beyong their officially assigned tasks . Food and drink are available any time of day and night . Breakfast is of most high standard and served in a relax , friendly and most definitly family atmospher . I highly recommand this hotel for it's great standards .

Since 3 years now my company Aluminal and I always stay in your hotel whenever we come to Guinea. During our stay I have felt like home and the credit goes your managers and staff. The food was good and the rooms clean as well. Special thanks Miss Rachel who made our stay enjoyable and to all the teams. Keep it up with good service I will recommend you to anyone coming to Guinea.

Fantastic stay, rooms were nice and comfortable. Late checkout was easy. Breakfast and room service were good and Lavile Beavogui at the front desk was great! Not too far from the airport and I would recommend this hotel for a stay in Conakry, Guinea.

This was the worst experience ever ! We booked for my daughter’s wedding for almost 30 people we ended be less than that but still a large group around 26! The service is horrible and they are everything except client oriented! Their only interest is money! Nothing else! They don’t care about your confort or your experience as a client. They are rude, incompetent and not reliable ! They don’t value their client ! It’s really sad because they have a beautiful hotel with good commodities but no trained staff and I think évent the Management should go through a capacity building training ! It is a MUST !

Stay here from 6 to 13 Nov 2022 in work. Very good installation, great team, young but efficient . Rooms are bigs and comfortable. Food are very good and tasty. Great installation, Gym, Pool, Casino, Restaurant and all the áreas are clean and enclosure very beautiful. Very nice days i passed.

L hôtel est en centre-ville. Les chambres bien le jardin et magnifiques, le spa m'a supli avec la décoration, plus le soins du hammam marocain avec le savon noir .suivez d un bon massage relaxent , j ai passé un très bon moment de détente ou j ai oublié le stress de ma journée.
