I was charged 235$ for sheet and told that because I had a lady accident they kept the deposit when I spoke to there receptionist she made me feel dirty by saying she would never have an lady accident at a hotel knowing that it’s unpredictable or like I did it on purpose and the beds were dirty but charged me for sheets but don’t but new mattresses. Will never come back here again. And when asked to speak to a manager I was told they don’t have any in the morning so I asked for a time they come in and she told me whenever they want to come in.

在凱隆酒店住了6天，比較乾淨，8月份每天面對經典的加州陽光讓人難忘，酒店附近多處商業中心，週末熱鬧～對面就是高爾夫俱樂部，雖然郊區，但規劃、風景都不錯的大小社區一個挨着一個；人比較友善，目光交匯之外多問候；還有酒店多日一成不變的早餐：素炒雞蛋、細烤腸、小土豆片、咖啡等。

The outside looked a little run down, but inside the lobby and the room, everything was updated and clean. The workout room was simple, but had the basics. The pool area looked nice, the breakfast was good enough and the staff was nice as well. We only stayed one night and it was exactly what we needed.

Room.was good and clean,they serve complimentary breakfast,lots of it,front desk not so great,I forgot something in my room and they said nothing was found,so rude when I called ,kept me waiting in the line for about 15 mins,room card stop working at 10 am when check out is at 11 am,white lady at check in was moving and moving her head like she was on something,it felt weird

Not enough signs to get to room (they need maps); kept getting lost as the multiple elevators were confusing and I had to walk a lot around the large hotel to find my room/car. No restroom in lobby near swimming pool so swimmers have to go to their rooms to use restroom...very inconvenient. Sloppy updates to room (i.e., paint on mirror, bathroom countertop not fitting properly).
Had to use room pass to enter buildings which contributed to feeling secure.

Three different rides up elevator with men who had ankle monitor on ? Are they using this hotel as a jail ? Half way house?
Not a good feeling when hold a large sum of cash in pocket!

Yesterday 6-6-24 was our 25th anniversary, my wife’s favorite # is 333, All the stars lined up & we stayed in room #333.

There were bugs in our room, big bugs. Breakfast was horrible. And have to keep going to the front desk to have them reactivate our room keys. Do not stay here.
