Victory Sea House from Constanta is a beautiful and cozy place to stay. The views of the sea are spectacular and the staff is very friendly and welcoming. I had a great time staying here and would highly recommend it to others Victory Sea House is a great place to stay in Constanta. The location is perfect, right on the beach with amazing views of the sea. The rooms are clean and comfortable, and the staff is very welcoming and helpful. I had a wonderful time staying here and would definitely come back again

Very nice and cosy place, in a very good area, decent prices, friendly owners, the accomodation comes with everything you need, wich is such a nice thing, even if you don’t use it. Room service for a good breakfast for ten lei(!) Our second time here this year, for sure will come again

Luxury accomodation - 15 min walk to beach and downtown 1. simple and intelligent planning and booking process 2. fast, easy, discreet checkin & checkout 3. owners are friendly and respectful 4. quiet garden 5. great breakfast 6. high-quality furnishings, attention to aesthetic detail, a quiet room with fresh air, original art on the walls, windows that open, robes and slippers, adequate storage, hangers, desk, reading chair and desk, good-size flat-screen TV, coffee maker, full-mirror, effective heating/AC system 7. king bed with a good mattress, high-quality sheets and a variety of pillow types plus one couch and another single bed 8. luxury bathrooms: tub, shower, high-quality towels, hair and body products A place loved by God! Enjoy

Been here for the second time. They renewed the entrance and the patio, very nice terrace and new stairs. Always impressed by the cleaning and amenities they offer ;) Superb breakfast and warm athmosphere for Christmas time when I visited.
