Our much loved humble Kiwi Bach is a great escape from the busy lives we lead. Set back from the road it is quiet with the exception of the native birdsong in the backyard trees. Without all the city light pollution the night stars are amazing & from the font deck & bedroom you can listen to the sound of the waves from stunning Cooks Beach which is just a short 4 minute walk away.At the back of the property there is a tidal stream & the back gate gives you access to a pathed walk around the residential lake area. Please be aware that both the stream & the lake are not fenced.If you prefer a more adventurous local walk our favourites include the walks to Lonely Bay & Shakespeare Cliff Lookout.Our Bach is also just minutes walk to local restaurants & convenience stores & within a 15 mins drive you can be at either Hot Water or Hahei Beaches & access to the famous Cathedral Cove Walkway.
