We had a ten day stay in the very comfortable Apartment 10 at Carool Apartments. The apartment had everything you could want and more; especially the well appointed kitchen. The apartment is very bright and airy with amazing views of the ocean and the beach. It was still whale migration time and we able to watch, from the apartment, whales frolic in the ocean as they travelled south. The lovely beaches and cafes are just a short walk from the apartment. We will certainly come again.

We arrived on a Sunday when office closed. Prior to arriving information was sent how to access our apartment. Information easy to follow. We were on the right side of building where we had a partial view front deck the beach side deck ocean. Very pleasant. Apartment 2 bedroom spacious, kitchen all the items we required. Very close to beach and the Surf Club, join and discount prices off meals, drinks. Host and hostess very helpful with information we required. When seen about very cheerful. Pool pleasant. S Supermarkets, one at Coolingata beach other in a mall by Teed Towers. My house had recently knee replacement and he could comfortably walk there

We've always loved Coolangatta and in Carool we've found a brilliant apartment. Tina and Mike are wonderful hosts who can't do enough to help make your stay as good as it can be. The Carool is in a terrific position to enjoy all the best there is of Coolangatta and Rainbow Bay in particular.

The size of the apartment meant our 2 adult children had plenty of space, and the apartment was really well fitted out. The views of the ocean were amazing and the location was lovely and quiet. Would definitely recommend.

Yearly we holiday. This would have to be one of the best so far in the 10+ years we've been travelling to the Sunshine and Gold Coast. Our room had everything we needed and more. Beautiful beaches, plenty of shopping precincts nearby and great places to dine for breakfast, lunch and dinner. We had the pleasure of chatting with the Manager, Tina. She was very informative about what was around the area. Her pleasant manner and conversation was what added to us coming away with wonderful memories. We do hope to return again. The apartment is wonderful! The best views and really well equipped. We saw whales and a baby calf, just magical. Tina was brilliant and super attentive to any of our needs. We can’t wait to come back!

Was lucky to stay in the Penthouse, magnificent views of Surfers Paradise, Duranbah Beach, ocean views. Great little cafe Little Mali very popular and great pizzas at Keyhole. The Penthouse did not have air-conditioning, however, sliding doors allowed sea breeze in lounge and bedroom. 2nd bedroom had windows that allowed the sea breeze through. Walking distance to surf club, beach great for small children as well as board riding for big kids. Couldn't fault my stay definitely 5 star.

We booked Corool apartments was not told about construction in front and around the units. This new building blocked the view of the beach but the noise was unbearable and lasted from 6 30 in the morning till 430 in the afternoon. We were booked for 14 nights but with loss of view and a building site working for 8 to 10 hours we left after 2 nights and was told by manager we would be refunded two days of our holidays total amount. paid. We were told the phone lines were down and it would have to done the next day...then the manager changed what she had promised and charged us 2 full price days not what we were originally charged and the 2 days plus cleaning was now $700 instead of $430 . We had to to pack up and rebook somewhere else with our children which was a stressful and terrible way to start a holiday , plus be lied to by management and overcharged on departure . We wont be back and would not recommend booking your holiday here.
