Location is very central and handy. Metro and regional station are right next to the hotel. Opposite is also a big supermarkt, if you need anything. To get to your room from the lobby you need to climp 2 stairs. There is no elevator, which is a big disadvantage for families with a baby stroller and impossible for people in wheelchair. Very small room without air conditioning. There is one window that can be opened, but then it would be very loud since we are located right next to the train station. No complimentary water, no fridge or safe. To store you luggages before check-in or after checking out, you have to pay for a locker. No free luggages service, which is very unsual for me.

The hotel is right opposite the station, which is very convenient. The staff at the counter are professional and friendly. I enjoyed my stay.

Decent room but need to carry luggage for some flight of steps as reception is on half floor (if you know what I mean). The service staff at reception is poor consistently.

Pro’s - really good location; most things are walking distance but there’s also a metro nearby. Easy to access from airport too - Comfy bed - Room and bathroom were a decent size - You can store your luggage before checking in / after check out Con’s - No aircon. We actually coped fine without it but would have been good to have it - Located on a railway line. We didn’t get kept up by the trains but our room was located at the back thankfully - No fridge in the room - Cleaning was ok - the floor was a little dirty and some hairs on the bed

Perfect location. Quiet despite location. Rooms are rather simple. No lift so it’s better not to bring too heavy luggage. Overall very good.

Extremely cramped rooms. Did not get twin beds despite requesting for. Rooms right next to the train tracks that make it impossible to sleep.

位置非常方便，樓下就有DSB 和Metro可以搭，非常近市中心，另外對面有超市，7–11，express house, Joe and Juice。 房間環境乾淨衛生，廁所夠大，不過窗口出面就係鐵路，會有列車經過嘅聲，不過唔算大聲，可以接受。由酒店前台走到去房間會有些少偏遠，酒店只有三層，一層非常長。整體嚟講都算幾好。

太吵了 太吵了 太吵了 太吵了 房間就在火車軌道旁邊！無法入睡！酒店送了耳塞也沒用！根本睡不着！不推薦！RUN！
