Overall nice experience. Stayed in a room for three. Hotel is very close to København H station, just 2 mins walk. There is always someone at the front desk 24 hours a day to assist us. The room was clean, and the bed was very comfortable, one extra pillow provided. I especially liked the security chain on the door, which made us feel safe. However, the hotel also had some downsides. Since we visited in January when the weather was very cold, the heating in the room was insufficient, making it extremely chilly inside. I sneezed every morning from the cold. And, the bathroom door facing the bed, every time when someone goes to the bathroom mid night, the bright light in the bathroom was blinding. The shower space in the bathroom was also small, and there was no waterproof barrier on the floor to prevent water from spilling out, the entire bathroom floor was slippery after showering. There were three of us, but the hotel only provided two towels and three paper cups, with no toothbrushes or toothpaste. We have to buy it from the front desk for 30dkk. We were also surprised to find that even storing our luggage at the hotel required a fee of 40dkk per hour, so we went to the train station, where we could store our luggage for 24 hours for just 90dkk. If the hotel could resolve the heating issue, I would still recommend it based on its price and convenient location.

This is a no-frills hotel that is good for a short stay. The location is fantastic as it is within walking distance to the main station for metros and trains. The room was very big and we could lay out both of our large suitcases with ease. The neighbourhood is lively but the room was insulated from the hustle and bustle from the streets and we had a good sleep during our stay.

It was just 5 minutes walk from the central station. Staffs are helpful and nice. Breakfast was simple but good enough. As there was no air conditioning, you may open windows for ventilation and a fan is provided if in need. Visiting there in April, everything is just fine.

My stay at this hotel was an absolute nightmare. Their website and app images reek of deception. Despite the plethora of pictures scattered across various websites, many have been heavily retouched, leading to a disorienting experience upon entering the room. The facilities were shockingly dilapidated, lacking even basic amenities like power outlets – truly a horrifying experience. Despite the promise of breakfast, the offerings were abysmal. I strongly advise against staying here; it could seriously taint the overall enjoyment of your trip. The room had atrocious soundproofing, and the shower water pressure was feeble. Despite enduring just one night, it felt like a never-ending bad dream. The following day, after a lackluster breakfast, during checkout, they audaciously attempted to charge me, despite having booked a plan that explicitly included breakfast. The management seemed disorganized at best. This place is an absolute no-go.

Great location! Facilities maybe a bit old, staff is very friendly. In general, the hotel is quite clean.

這個酒店唯一的優點就是交通方便，離中央火車站很近，旁邊就是地鐵m3 &4，到機場還有方便的5c公交（衹能現金），火車站邊門出來走300米就到了。 接下來説説神奇的國外酒店服務: 1.提前入住收費200dkk 2.寄存行李，10dkk/h，免費寄存的就那幾個櫃子 3.退房時間早晨11點，延遲收費300 4.窗簾透光性很棒，早晨七點就感覺屋子都亮了 通過這個酒店完全領略到了服務的差異化，國內酒店同行們可太優秀了，且哥市的市區酒店價格真是一騎絕塵，基本沒有低於2k的。

Das Hotel hat eine sehr gute Lage und ist auch zu Fuß gut zu erreichen. Es war sehr sauber, das Zimmer war jedoch relativ klein.

離哥本哈根中央火車站很近，一樓大廳裝潢很時髦，自助check in台也很方便，一進房間暖氣很足夠，附近餐廳及便利店也多，以單人旅行來說非常值得推薦
