Först och främst trodde jag inte att alla dåliga kommentarer verkligen var sanna men jag hade fel. De är sanna! Hemskt hotell. Desto värre som jag någonsin har varit. Sommar på ett hotellrum utan AC? Inte längre. Badrummet var en mardröm. Som tur var bodde vi där bara 2 nätter. Jag skulle dö eller lämna det tidigare om jag hade en längre vistelse i Danmark. Så jag rekommenderar det inte!

Rummet var för litet, bilderna som togs i beskrivningen där visar att rummet är väldigt stort. Verkligheten är att rummet är väldigt litet och toaletten också väldigt liten. Dålig service, personalen i receptionen var oförskämd.

Ingen AC. Ingen hårtork. Mattan i rummet var smutsig. Du måste betala för bagageförvaringstjänsten som inte är så billig. 40 dkk för 6 timmar. Läget är bra.

Vägglöss i rummet, blev biten över hela min kropp på natten. Ingen återbetalning erbjuds.

Priset är inte högt, rummet är stort, läget är bra, mycket nära de största attraktionerna och den stora elden

Staff very acommodating, breakfast was good, but our room is between two doors, very strange, when someone passed by, the door make two sounds, very harassing !

The hotel is quite new and has a lot of facilities. There are plenty of tables at the lobby that people can grab a drink or have a takeaway meal there. They have a happy hour deal of DKK$50 for 2 bottles of beers. The overall stay is pretty good and the staff are helpful and friendly.

The rooms were smaller than seen on the picture. The place was not so far from the city. It wasn't easy to get to the rooms. You had to walk a long way, passing through many doors with your suitcases in your hand.

The check in was very smooth and the lady on the reception was very polite. As I entered the room I found some hairs on the toilet seat. The central station is 15 minutes by foot away.

Hotel is decent. A bit small but if you are only staying a few nights it should be alright. The location is also fine.

Nice location near metro station, Tivoli park & City Hall. Small, but nice room.

The hotels location is excellent, short walk to the train Station and Tivoli Gardens. The main reception area is large and clean enough, the communal toilets aren’t as good. Breakfast was fine and breakfast staff friendly. Checking in- I didn’t find the receptionist friendly, a very silent check in with no information given. I found myself asking many questions. Also, rooms are not cleaned everyday. This we did not find a problem, however, on day 2 the bin was full so I asked if it could be emptied. I didn’t require a full cleaning service (which you have to book) just the bin to be emptied and I was told it would be automatically done on day 3 or I have to book it, so when I asked to book it for the same day I was told that was not possible and I could always empty the bin myself. Having paid for a hotel stay and the bins being extremely small, I thought this small request could have been fulfilled. I explained I didn’t need towels/a full service merely the bin to be changed. Hey ho. For the price, location and if you don’t mind wet rooms and small living space it’s perfectly adequate

Great budget alternative with a excellent location and reasonable amenities. Breakfast is nice for the price. Rooms are clean and functional, but very small. Bicycle rental is offered if you want to explore the city
