Ascos Coral Beach Hotel

I would definitely recommend this amazing hotel due to its friendly staff and great entertainment.Commonly, you can have breakfast,lunch and dinner and all three have a large selection to eat(would recommend the pancakes for breakfast).However, the rooms are small and basic but have everything in need.The pool is freezing but is probably due to us visiting in April.We really enjoyed the sea view and the short walk to Coral Beach. -Jaxson

Decent enough hotel for a lazy all inclusive short holiday, the food is good and the staff are very helpful, Make sure you get out a couple of days on trips or you're bored just drinking for the sake of it. We had a lovely quiet room on the road side, disappointed no sea view but quickly relieved because a few people said the sea view side was a bit noisy due to guests drinking late at night some nights. Unfortunately, the flight times from Gatwick for any operators are terrible, but the hotel let you keep your all inclusive wrists band after you check out and still let you use the restaurant too,so hats off to the lovely lady on reception 😀

We stayed in this hotel from 15th July for 1 week. Upon arrival we were greeted by reception. Checked in easily but had to struggle with bags and suitcases up to our room. The room was ok and clean! The maid came in everyday for us which was good. It was not the best but we didn't complain as we was hardly ever in the room only to sleep! Food was acceptable and was always hot. The pool was what we thought was the best asset of the hotel.. Until I got a really bad ear infection that I had to go to a doctor. There was no rep around to ask for help when calling a doctor and the receptionists had no clue so we went to the walk-In clinic in coral bay. The doctor told us it was from the pool and tbh I am not surprised they did not clean it once when we were there. I spent 2 days on a drip so that I didn't miss my flight back home. My girlfriend had to run back and forth to the hotel with no help what so ever from the rep. My girlfriend explained to her that she had to get a taxi back and forth from the hotel by herself and that the doctor told her it was from the swimming pool. The rep argued against it and said that it wasn't. I am honestly so shocked with how we was treated in this incident and we will not be returning to the ascos hotel because of this. I thought that reps and staff were there to help you. Obviously not in this case! We even had to ask the receptionist where the beach was because the rep was no where to be seen the whole holiday!

Under a new entertainment company came last year and was a bit poor but this year came back an it was brilliant lovely staff go above and beyond sorted the room out for my girlfriends birthday

Hotel is in a brilliant location in coral bay but rooms are very dated. Positives : Location Price Staff Facilities Pool area Negatives Rooms need work Hallways dingy Overall hotel condition is mediocre Only 1 ironing board and iron in our block Other things to note : Heat to hot in June Food is reasonable but hit and miss Taxis expensive I would definitely go to Cyprus again but would probably go self catering
