Lux Hotel

One of the worst. Place was not clean. When we got to room, the toilet did not work. We called down to front desk and let them know, they Said they would fix. They never showed up. We had to do things for our selves. If there was a minus star that is what they would get.

This was the dirtiest hotel I have ever in my life stayed at. Had it not been so lately and booked on the road already I would for went someplace else. When you walked into the lobby there was a broken sofa, a man standing at the counter with no one coming out to help anyone for over ten minutes. Then on our way to the room their vending machine upstairs was empty which who cares, but someone had either spit down the front of it or did something worse down it. The hallways smelt of ****. So once in the room it had holes in the walls, the window was unlocked on the second floor with the screen out leaning against the ac unit that was broken. There was no WiFi which they said they had free and no tv. The whole building was under construction. The next morning when we went to take showers the tub didn’t drain so we all had to stand in one another’s dirty water. I felt like I was leaving the property dirtier then I arrived.

You’re better off staying in your car for the night. Service sucks, the rooms are in disrepair and gross. Ants and roaches. Internet sucks, no ac, half the lights are burnt out, stains on bed and towel

This hotel is totally run down! The room didn't have a closet or anywhere to hang up clothes. The tissue box was empty and when I asked for a new box, I was told that they don't supply tissues to keep their costs down. There was a used disposable glove on the floor in the room and mold in the bathroom. The staff were nowhere to be found when I went to talk to them about the issues we were having. And to top it all off, the smoke alarm wasn't working! Don't waste your money by staying there!

DONT DO IT We booked on the fly when we just couldn't drive any longer.. first I booked online using points, which the manager himself wouldn't honor..said he don't honor wyndham b,s, so if you need to use points, don't bother.. we ended up paying cash, after he told us he owned 7 of the hotels on this exit🙄 so upon entering the room all you smell is animal pee..I had to open the window ..it barely helped..the carpet is sp gross.. my shoes stuck to bathroom tile, the carpet was raveling up in multiple spots.. the shower curtain had spots of God knows what on it.. the bedroom wall had splatters of something as well.. I did go over the bed 3 times to check that before crawling in..and to add the topping..NO BREAKFAST as advertised.. I couldn't get out fast enough..worst stay ever

Booked hotel while traveling from Florida. When I got there I check out the room. The room was terrible and its smell made me sick. I went to the hotel manager and immediately asked for a refund. He immediately agreed to grant me one. The next morning I woke up at another hotel and checked my card. Sure enough they charged me. My bad for trusting them. Be forewarned. This place is a rat hole and their staff cannot be trusted.

One night because we were tired .The only good thing here is that the sheets were clean . would have left if it wasn't for that. The "continental breakfast was not worth grabbing anything but coffee . The clerk had nothing to say . I mean that even when i talked to him he said absolutely nothing

We stayed at the baymont last night. It was absolutely run down. The ceiling was falling off, plugs not working, air conditioning unit sputtering at best - throwing out dust and crud the entire time. No side table on one side, one of the lamps was not working, and worst of all - no added security on the door. The security bolt was broken off. I also would like to add that there were some outlets hanging out of the wall - Very unsafe for anyone with children. I asked the front desk for a partial refund. He told me he couldn’t do anything and that it wasn’t his fault?!? I showed him the pictures and everything. The lady checking out behind us told me, “Ours was the exact same, we WILL NEVER stay at a baymont hotel again. Our ceiling was leaking into the shower.” This is terrible service and an absolute dump of a hotel. Please - do your family a favor and don’t put them through sleeping at this place.

The front desk clerk was very friendly and helpful and the front desk and lobby was very clean and well decorated and nice. After that things did not look as nice. The room was clean but it needs a good fresh coat of paint. The bed was comfortable. The bed linens and bathroom had to be pretty clean because you could smell the bleach used. We couldn’t get the tv to work but we were just there to sleep for a few hours during our travel. The shower was good and hot but the tub doesn’t drain well at all so by the end I was ankle deep in water. The wall needed to be repaired from moving the shower rod. We smoke detector was missing off the wall. If you are looking for a clean room you got it. It just needs to be freshened up with new paint and newer furniture.
