I had a great experience during my visit and will definitely choose to stay here again when I return to Cork in the future. Very good located hotel! Everything you need to see in Cork is reachable on foot. The room was very spacious for two people with an extra sofa to sit on next to the bed. Also the bathroom was spacious with places to put things on. The hotel was very clean. Can 100% recommend to stay there if you need a place to sleep in a good location!

這次住在這個飯店23天，感覺非常不錯！飯店的床特別舒適，好睡得讓人不想起床。整體環境也很棒，尤其是樓下的吧台，氣氛很好。另外，飯店的早餐也非常值得推薦，選擇多樣，品質很好，能吃得很滿足。不過，有個小缺點是房間裡沒有冰箱，這讓生活上稍微有點不便。除此之外，飯店的設施和服務都很有水準，服務人員也非常親切，讓人住得很安心。

On arrival to the hotel (can’t recall the man’s name) he was so nice and polite very welcoming to myself and my wife. The hotel was spotless clean, I loved the decor in the reception/restaurant area. It was very cosy and warm. Very relaxing hotel. Its very quiet the room o loud noise or disturbance at night time we slept all night the two nights, we had a garden view room was beautiful room furnished really well the shower was unreal. The bed and pillows were so comfortable I have Disc problems in my back so it was a major plus for me with beds . For us the entire hotel was just so beautiful and just so peaceful for us. This will be my new hotel to go and stay anytime I’m back home in cork. Value for money for stay was very good we didn’t have any food as we thought it was expensive a bit but we spent near enough the same else where lol. So the next time we would have food there. Overall nothing to complain about as it’s perfect.

Our first experience when arriving the hotel was very disappointing - the check in staff were rude and could not provide any recommendations or directions about the touristic places of the city. We did not book through them and the person checking us in showed very angry about it and not friendly with us at all. The rooms were fine, but mind there are no fridge on them! The location is fine but there are doing repairs on the city and we had to walk a lot. Would try a different place next time.

Nice hotel that is year old so still really new, fresh and clean. Well located for the down town, as well as ease in getting to and from the airport/train station/bus station either walking or using public transport (bus to the airport). Despite being busy in the hotel my room was very quiet. Staff generally friendly, good shower with lots of hot water and good water pressure. Kettle, mugs, tea and coffee in the room and a good powerful hairdryer. My only complaint was the rigid adherence to the 3pm check in time. I arrived at 14.45 and was told it would cost 15 euro to check in early, as was another guest who arrived at 14.55. All this led to was a mass of people arriving at 3pm to check in and a delay for everyone to get checked in. I understand not allowing really early check in but wanting to charge someone 15 euro to check in 5 minutes early seemed really pointless and led to a bad first impression of what was otherwise a very nice stay.
