2nd time at this hotel and again it did not disappoint. rooms are spacious clean and cleaned regularly lovely comfy beds plenty of choice in the restaurant which is always well presented. We had a lovely evening on our 25th anniversary and were made to feel very special thank you pool area and snacks bar kept very clean lots of sun beds All the staff are brilliant happy to help always working hard to make sure your holiday is the best it was 2 years since our last visit and Sabrina ,Tariq and others staff remembered us fantastic. location is good a street off the beach and a short walk to the main strip animation team work really hard and offer lots of day and night entertainment also there are professional singers magic shows Sonja the manager is brilliant and the hotel is a credit to her hard work I would with out doubt recommend a stay and we will definitely be back

We had a great week here! Staff were all so helpful and friendly. Food was excellent with a great selection each day, even for the fussiest teen! The rooms were spacious and clean. Location is perfect too, not noisy but close enough to town, harbour and beach. Entertainment was mixed but the team worked very hard to engage everyone in the activities they organised. Loved it and would be very happy to return.

Great holiday all round stayed in room 502 the cleaner was amazing everyday cleaned to perfection the hotel grounds are spotlessly clean including all guest toilets food was great always something lovely to eat lots of choice themed food nights Japanese lovely bbq one evening lots of meats you can’t say you can’t find something to eat there’s lots of options breakfast lunch dinner, pool area lovely the lifeguard sandy always there a pleasure bar staff keep busy never wait long for a drink yes it an Italian run hotel but I had the most fun with the Italian guest we had a great time meet some lovely Italian guest they all made a big effort and the animation team are amazing they realy go out there way to make sure you have the best time they realy do make the hotels atmosphere fabulous and make sure your having the best holiday lots of great games big thank you to Alessio and davide who always made an effort to include us with the activities so good holiday all round would I recommend this hotel for a great holiday definitely think the animation team do make the hotels atmosphere fabulous stayed 3 adults

When we first arrived the reception staff were great and very nice towards us, food we knew we was late and would be a case of its what is left which we was happy to accept due to the delay on our flight. However, our first night was disturbed by other guests being loud singing until past 1am, very inconsiderate. I had to call reception twice to ask them to keep it down as other guests are trying to sleep. No one actually went and told them as we was watching to see if someone would go down and no one did. The beds were very uncomfortable very disturbed sleep throughout the whole holiday. On our last day we was told about a bed topper by another couple but by then the damage is done, there is no signs in reception saying about bed toppers so we didnt know this was an option otherwise we would of asked for this. The air conditioning is ridiculous if you open the door to leave it turns itself off you should be able to go out and leave the air con on and come back to a cool room after being in the heat all day, not go into a hot room and wait for it to cool. Even when sitting in their if I went for a smoke it would shut off. It should stay on if the door opens and shuts or re come back on when the door shuts. The shower also leaked after every use due to the seal having holes in them these things should be sorted. Animation team throughout the day are good other than the one guy who was drinking beer with the same guest during our stay he should be working not drinking in my opinion, entertainment at night was not the best at all we ended up going out every night due to how poor it was and with kids around the rude jokes they make on private parts really isnt what you want to see. The quiz night we stayed for and that was really good but you need a better way of doing because we had our hands up and was not even being looked at or in line of sight to ve picked to answer the question. Maybe use Kahoot app to do the quizzes so its fair. The hotel is very clean can not fault the cleanliness of the hotel everything was sprayed down everyday with a jet wash which is very good. Food wise not great, not alot of option and very repetitive some of it, we was told its themed nights every night but not once did we see a sign to say what is the theme and by the repetitive options I highly doubt its themed. The food was not great to eat twice we walked in and walked straight back out due to the food being awful. Its left out under hotlights getting dry and stale and cold. The animation team break off for there lunch half hour before guests so food is sitting there ready for them then just sits there until 1pm for the rest of the guests. No lids on food either flies flying on hotdogs and chips and when the team was told they just said oh and I did not see them change the hot dogs not great at all. We ended up only eating desserts some nights and Continously going out for dinner after spending over 2k on a holiday for all inclusive. You need to get some

Great position and lots of positives, such as the location etc However, the issues we had mean there's no way we see the hotel as a 4-star. We had our 17-year-old son with us and booked a room for 3 adults and therefore , paying for three adults. His experience sleeping on a poor quality sofa bed, with metal bars digging him all night did not go down well, a third bed in the bedroom area would be much better, also despite there being 3 of us we only had 2 of everything, 2 glasses, two mugs, two balcony seats two sets of towels, even after raising this all we got was an extra towel every day. The Bathroom door issue is well-reported in other reviews and the lack of control of the air conditioning an annoyance more than anything else.The maid service was great, but the food options were limited, and the menu seemed a bit disorganised. Additionally, the menu was never advertised, so you never knew what was going to be served. it never even suggested a theme. As for the entertainment, we saw a glimpse of one show, which included a sketch of four men holding each other's private parts as they urinated and smoked in a public urinal. It perhaps lost something in translation, but didn't seem appropriate with young children watching. Also, English seemed to be something of an afterthought throughout the hotel, not a real problem, but something worth considering .First time we've written a less-than-positive review and I suppose it could just have been a one-off and others seemed to be really happy.

Just returned from a great stay in this hotel, thoroughly enjoyed it! Had a lovely feel about it, very relaxing and well run with a real mix of nationalities staying there which we liked. Great location and pool area was lovely, a little oasis in practically the centre of town. Nice atmosphere, quite chilled with the odd game or aqua aerobics in a morning and later in the afternoon. Sunbed to guest ratio very good… never had an issue getting a bed no matter what time we turned up. Rooms are nice, clean and modern. Beds a little hard, but I always have that problem! I would book a pool view room next time, as we were allocated a ground floor room at the back of the hotel with no view and I like to sit on the balcony (I did ask for an upper floor room but there wasn’t one available). On the plus side, it was very private. We found the food very good for an all inclusive, albeit we are not fussy eaters. Always nice pasta and pizza from the Italian chef and a variety of other choices. They seemed to do a good job of keeping it warm as well. Cooked breakfast varied - if you want a full ‘traditional’ English every morning you won’t get it as they try to cater for different nationalities. Neither of us are bothered though so not a big deal, scrambled eggs were always nice! The restaurant was pleasant and not too crowded while we were there. Only thing I would say is that dinner started a little late for us at 6.45pm. We like to go out on an evening but by the time we’d eaten it was dark and so we missed catching the last of the sun at a nice beach bar… a couple of times we skipped dinner or went out for a few drinks first. 6pm would have been ideal. Can’t comment on the entertainment as it’s not our thing, we either went out or took a couple of drinks back to our balcony (it didn’t seem to start until 9/9.30pm). All in all had a lovely stay and would definitely return!
