Amazing hotel, our whole stay was fantastic, great pools and right in the centre! Would recommend

Wow wow wow! The Hotel is amazing, a wonderful reception as soon as you enter the Hotel. Reception staff checked us in quickly and we're very informative and welcoming. The Hotel is spotlessly clean, something I always worry about! The grounds of the Hotel are maintained with pride. The ground staff work really hard to ensure the plants and gardens are stunning. There are two large swimming pools, one which is a quiet pool, and the other where all the entertainment and activities take place, pool inflatables are allowed in this pool, which is fabulous. Our rooms were amazing! We faced onto the activity pool and had a terrace. With a bonus of a fridge! The housekeeping team are brilliant, our rooms were always cleaned and refreshed. For anyone with dietary needs there isn't anything to worry about, as the Hotel will ensure your dietary needs are catered for, gluten free, lactose free, onion and garlic intolerances were ours and nothing was too much trouble. The entertainment team, are so happy and inclusive, they come round and talk to the guests inviting you to join in with the activities/ entertainment. I have included photos of the staff who were exceptional. Kornelia, Barry, Begonia, Glen, Jullio, Diego to mention a few. The staff really deserve to be recognised and rewarded for their fantastic Customer Service. The location of H10 Ocean Suites is really good, right in the heart of Corralejo, however also close to a beach and not far from the harbour or Music Square. We loved our time at H10 Ocean Suites so much we joined the H10 membership. Thank you H10, because of your high standards in all areas, it meant our holiday was perfect!

3 rd time visiting H10 Ocean suites. Lovely hotel, excellent food, great pools and very good staff. Had an issue with Ants in the bathroom. Went to reception showed them the problem and was told it would be dealt with immediately. 1 1/2hrs later nothing had been done, so went to the P.R office and spoke with Janine who told me they were aware of the problem but they were very busy and we only have one cleaner ! 1 hr later still nothing, back to P.R Janine again told me that reception is still busy checking in guests, so I pointed out no one was at reception .We went together to reception and at last they sent a cleaner and maintenance man to fix the problem after 3 hours. At the same time I asked Janine as you only have one English tv channel can I put my IPAD or Firestick onto the tv? She said she would ask the Tech man and get back to me she never did. My wife booked a treatment at reception for the next day and was given a piece of paper with the time on, early next day my wife did not feel able to keep the appointment so we told reception to cancel. Okay but you have to pay 50% cancellation fee as per the APP, We then informed her that we had made the booking at reception not on the APP and was not shown ,given or informed of any T & Cs, was sent back to speak with P.R .Janine said she would speak to the management about it and get back to us, she never did On the evening before our departure we went back to P.R and the same lady told us there was nothing they could do it was there Hotel policy and their T&Cs and the Hotel had lost money as you did not have your treatment, unbelievable. The T&Cs that a staff member never showed us, so we were to blame. Well done H10 you got your 27.50 euros. ADIOS.

The staff were delightful and extremely helpful. The food was delicious, great value for money. I felt very safe as a solo visitor. The rooms are great and extremely tastefully decorated. I loved the aqua gym classes with super motivated teachers. Loved the fact that the pools were separated one with music and classes and the other pool chilled. I’d love to come back.

Stayed here for 10 nights bed and breakfast. Rooms are spacious and we had a double bed. House keeping is carried out every day which is a nice touch. The room also had a hairdryer which saved me taking my own. Breakfast was a good variety and is served up until 10:30 but after 10:15 staff are preparing for lunch. We never struggled to get a sun lounger but that may have been due to the time of year. We mainly stayed at the quiet pool which had toilets at the pool as well. Local shops and restaurants for those who are not all inclusive. We asked for a late check out the day before we left however, they could not accommodate this. Instead we were able to book a slot for the shower room. Pool towels provided and allowed one free change otherwise it’s €2 per day to change pool towel. We just kept ours for half our stay then changed them. We would stay here again and enjoyed our peaceful stay. Staff were pleasant and attentive.

5/5 Excellent hotel, great rooms, good food and branded drinks. Staff were excellent and entertainment good although aqua bar would be great if open every evening with maybe a bit of light music in the background as the small outside terrance was often full and it is nice to sit outside. All in all a throughly enjoyable stay!

This was my 2nd visit to this hotel in the last 18 months. I spent 7 days at the hotel on an All Inclusive package. The rooms, service and food were at the same high standard as per my previous visit. What I liked most as an adult traveller was that there was a pool for the families and a quieter pool further away for adults. Even though I visited during the busy part of the season, there was never a fight for a sunbed or queues in the restaurant. My only disappointment was that on my last visit I was allowed to use the gym at the sister hotel free of charge. This time however, because they had recently added an outdoor gym (too hot to use) I wasn't given that option.

Modern, clean rooms with good air conditioning. Rooms mainly situated around one of two pools making access to the pool area very convenient. No shortage of sun loungers and pool towels provided. Staff are lovely and super helpful. We were given welcome drinks on arrival and provided with lots of information about the hotel and its facilities. Food is delicious with plenty of choice. The hotel is located just off the Main Street but well away from the busiest/ noisy area so it always felt peaceful.
