Alua Suites Fuerteventura - All Inclusive

One of the best hotels we visited in Fuerteventura. Tasty food, good drinks, swimming pool, comfortable bed, super clean. Really good vibe and nice staff, always ready to help you.

L'Alua Suites est un hôtel à taille humaine , Bungalow d'un étage avec une belle terrasse et des fauteuils relax très confortables,La chambre est grande, le dressing bien étudié et la salle de bain très fonctionnelle, tout est très propre, excellente literie.Les piscines sont belles,très calmes pour la plupart, les transats confortables et largement en nombre suffisant à cette période de l'année.Les jardins sont magnifiques et entretenus à la perfection....la qualité des repas est satisfaisante.La plage n'est pas très éloignée, difficile de s'y baigner à cause des rochers néanmoins la ballade jusqu'au port est fort agréable ,de nombreux bars très animés, la ville de Corralejo est juste derrière.... Le seul point noir est le spa, endroit à fuir :accueil inexistant, j'y suis allée plusieurs fois pas moyen de prendre rendez-vous, Frédérica a téléphoné de la réception sans plus de succès..Elle m'a toutefois expliqué que ce service était extérieur à l'hôtel,je pense que cette prestation proposée n'est pas à la hauteur de votre établissement, c'est très dommage pour vous !!!!Je suis donc allée au spa du Secret Bahia :l'accueil et la qualité des soins étaient à la hauteur de ce que j'aurais aimé avoir à l'Alua Suites

This was our first stay at this hotel, we booked a suite in the My Favourite Club direct with hotel.The first room we were given was lovely inside but it was in the furthest away corner from reception etc and the grounds around it weren't kept too well and it was quite dark going down small paths to get to it. So eventually next day at 4pm we got moved,paid €25 extra for cleaning, got to the room and it hadn't been cleaned at all. Went back to reception spoke to a lovely receptionist named Louisa and she sorted us out with a lovely suite with balcony overlooking the my favourite Club area and she refunded the €25 to us. Louisa was lovely,helpful and friendly as were all the staff apart from that first receptionist but there's always one! We mostly ate at the main restaurant as there was more choice,the food wasn't the best,but we didn't go hungry. The drinks were good,cava was lovely. The hotel and rooms were kept very clean and the housekeeping staff very hard working,some of the grounds need to be kept better though. The entertainment was good a couple of nights but otherwise not great. Its not too far to go into town or go across to the beach bar just across the road. The walk to beach and into town during day was lovely and we enjoyed the market too. Overall we enjoyed our week here,we enjoyed the peace and quiet of the My Favourite Club as we usually stay in adult only hotels. We would stay here again if we got a good deal.
