Playa Park Zensation

The hotel is around 30mins from the airport. Room was nice and tidy - premium junior suite Nice infinity pool on the roof. Food was amazing, there was something different everyday. I highly recommend and will stay again.

Came back a few days ago, from the most amazing week away here. As a young couple we honestly wasn’t bored of things to do here. The hotel itself was gorgeous, so well kept and always someone about keeping the place clean and as for our room it was huge. 2 beds a living area, 2 bathrooms and beautiful view of the pool. We booked our day trips through the hotel aswell, which made it so much easier, the desk is only open for an hour a day but there is a qr code which you scan and it takes you to whatsapp to direct the company directly. The only thing is deposit needed to be paid in cash but there is a cash machine in reception. As for the food, we are both picky eaters and we never struggled to find anything to eat. There was a good selection of food every night and we never saw the same foods twice during our week. The all inclusive drink were fab, red, white, rose, beer , fruit juices and sangria all on tap. A nice selection of cocktails and slushes too which we liked too add vodka or rum too. The location we didn’t find a problem, we love a stroll. We found it was a 15/20 minute walk to the centre, where there is a row of shops, bars and even a couple of night clubs. ( definitely take a trip to music square.) we took the scooters a few times, for experience took about 10 minutes on the scooters, they were just quite expensive. During our week we had an unfortunate accident where my partner cut his ear open during one of the activities in the day, resulting us in spending the day in the medical centre and then hospital. A big shoutout to ray, who helped us all day and came with us to and from the medical centre to the hospital, waited and payed with us for the whole day. We honestly couldn’t have done this without him, so a big thankyou to Ray. Overall a fantastic stay at playa park zensation, we will be back!

Just spent a week here with my son and it has been a great place to stay. The accommodation is clean and modern, the food in the buffet is excellent and the range of drinks included in the basic all inclusive deal is good, when you get your head around what doesn’t cost extra. There are two levels of all inclusive available, basic and gold. You get a few extras with gold which you can do for the day if you want. We did for a day during our stay which was a good option, allowed access to the spa and some drinks added in the mini bar, wouldn’t consider it for the whole holiday to be fair. The only issues I can see is the lack of air conditioning in the rooms or anywhere in the hotel, but it has not been too hot and therefore ok during our stay, cool at night. The staff are all really friendly and approachable even when we found a wasps nest above our patio door. They came out quickly and resolved it. Overall a great place to stay and would definitely return in the future.

Just returned from a 7 night stay, we are a young couple and throughly enjoyed our stay. All the staff were accommodating and all happy. We had a balcony overlooking the pool area which was lovely, we didn’t have air con but was given an extra fan which was super helpful. The robes and slippers were a nice added touch. As well as water in the fridge (would be nice to have it replaced daily). If we were being picky we would recommend having a little snack/soup, a drink on arrival. We arrived at 22:30 there was no supermarket open to buy food or nothing to eat. To have a better selection of the snacks in the day as it was only burger chips hotdog and onion rings. Lastly music around the pool area we had it some days but other days didn’t and much enjoyed the atmosphere when we did have it on. Overall a great stay and will be returning! We were also told that they are closing the hotel in May 2025 to have air con put in all the rooms! So if you are planning on coming after then you will have air con!

Awe what a lovely hotel, staff are probably the friendliest I’ve come across during all the years we’ve travelled nothing ever seemed to much and they were always smiling Food was good, not overly spoiled for choice but plenty and enough to keep you full,only small criticism would be the snacks during the day the usual hot dogs/chips and hamburgers usually cold, they need more of a healthy selection like fruit/cold sandwiches Drinks were perfect, plenty of choice and bar was never overly busy, there’s a pool top bar that was included in our package but I’m pretty certain anyone can use this, I think on arrival they handed us a pass to use up there but never asked for it Rooms are great, tbh I wouldn’t have paid the extra for the Zen block, although the rooms were lovely and had air on, I would have actually been happy to stay in the older part The towns a 15 minute stroll or a 5 euro taxi ride, plenty of shops and restaurants Also a lovely little sandy beach down the harbour, I wish we knew this but instead paid 10 euro each way to a beach further away it was lovely but extremely windy the day we went so couldn’t go in the sea, but the beach near the harbour was very calm and plenty of restaurants near by Day time entertainment was ok, we didn’t join in but there seem to be something on for everyone and music which I really enjoyed A really good mixture of evening entertainment, this was held in the bottom of the Zen block I would definitely recommend this hotel and would definitely return in the future

An excellent All Inclusive Expsrience. The variety of food was fantastic. An abundance of salads & seafoods, deserts etc all excellent quality. The hotel is clean & bright with the friendliest of staff. The pools are lovely, the rooftop infinity pool my favourite. The bar is well stocked. The go to beer (from Malta I think) was lovely. Cocktails a plenty with minimal queing. We had a deal through TravelODeal which was exceptional quality. The only downside was the suites had gone so we took a standard pool view double. The room itself was ideal with a nice ensuitr, but it looked like the room had been extended at the expense of the balcony which was tiny and had no privacy from the balcony next door. Didnt bother us as we didnt spend much time in the room but check what you are getting - our balcony was about 7' x 2', just enough for a small table & 2 chairs, no loungers. Town & nearest beach are 10-15 minutes mostly flat walk away, beaches were clean & water crystal clear. Sea views from rooftop Zen bar, with Isla De Lobos near & distant view of Lanzarote. We had a fab time & will definitely return.

We spent 9 wonderful days at this hotel, and everything was perfect throughout our stay. Below is a detailed review of our experience: 1. Reception and Staff: A special thanks to Mathilde and Anna at the reception. These lovely and attentive ladies were always ready to help with any question or request. Their kindness and professionalism truly made our stay even more enjoyable. 2. Rooms: The rooms are spacious with incredibly comfortable beds. The large, convenient balcony was a great place to relax. The daily housekeeping was impeccable, leaving our room spotless every day. 3. Location: The hotel's location is excellent—just 20 minutes to the city center and 30 minutes to a beautiful beach in the desert. It’s a perfect spot for those who want to explore the area or enjoy some quiet time by the sea. 4. Food: The food at the hotel was very diverse, with a wide selection of seafood, meat, and fish. Dinner featured excellent pizza that was always fresh and delicious. We were impressed by the quality and variety of the meals. 5. Pool Area: One downside was the pool area. I believe the management should address this issue: guests reserve sun loungers as early as 8 AM and then leave for the entire day, making it difficult to find a place to relax. Additionally, there were too few umbrellas. I won't deduct a star for this, as we didn't use the pool, but if we had needed it, this would have impacted our experience. Conclusion: Overall, my husband and I highly recommend this hotel. Thank you for a fantastic stay!

Honestly the best hotel I have ever been too. Service is absolutely amazing! Food for all Inclusive is so good and tasty! We got addressed by first name a lot of the time!! Will definitely return, which is unusual for me as I don’t normally want to visit a hotel again!

Great location, immaculately clean, great food and amazing staff especially Bob and Maltihde at reception can not do enough for you, we have stayed here 4 times now and booked for next year it's just an amazing hotel u won't be disappointed.
