H10 Ocean Dreams Hotel Boutique - Adults Only

I gave my review 4☆ rather than the 5☆ I gave last year's review because of a few points. Whilst the hospitality was, as usual, impeccable, a few little hitches at breakfast and in our room were not. We requested a ground floor room as we both have mobility issues, and we did get such a room. However, the rooms are not very disabled-friendly. The shower could do with a foldaway shower seat, as we both felt a bit unsteady whilst having a shower. And a toilet arm could be installed. I would say that a couple of the ground floor rooms could be furnished to cater for disabled guests, as we too like to have holidays too! Breakfast was ,sometimes, pretty good, but while the cold buffet was incredible as usual, the hot breakfast could have been a lot better. On one occasion, my partner asked for 2 fried eggs and got one. I asked for two poached eggs and was ultimately served with 'egg soup'! There was no way I could have eaten that, as half of the egg white was still raw! Water for the teapots was sometimes cold. The Spanish omelette was twice rather dry. The cheese omelette, though, was really good. We decided to do bed and breakfast, as there are so many bars and restaurants that you can go to, which was enjoyable. We did a couple of days at the poolside, but only when you could actually get a sunbed! The pool rules clearly state 'no reserving of sunbeds', however, when you went down to the pool, even at 9:30-10.00 , they all had the towels on them , thus, they had been 'reserved'! Having said all that, though, I would certainly come back.

Had a fabulous week here,staff,food facilities are excellent. Would 100% recommend this hotel. It was my Birthday and due to it being a big one my friends arranged flowers and cake,the hotel also kindly put a bottle of cava in our room. Had a couple of spa treatments with Pilor which were wonderfully relaxing.

Really lovely and relaxing week at H10, the only thing I would improve are the vegan food options- would’ve been nice to have some on the dinner menu and not need to specifically request an option! Staff really helpful, nice rooms and quiet vibes which is exactly what we wanted Pool warm enough to swim in Would go back for sure

What an amazing hotel! The staff can’t do enough for you and all are so friendly. Jessica & Leo were fantastic, we had wine & cheese tasting with them and they were very entertaining, thank you both. The food is brilliant & the rooms are spotless and cleaned daily. The location was right near the town and a short walk to the beach. Will 100% return.

Have just spent a week at this hotel, and we had a thoroughly enjoyable stay. We received a warm welcome on arrival with a complimentary glass of prosecco offered whilst we went through the check-in formalities. The hotel provides a quiet, calm, and tranquil atmosphere, even by the pool where low-level relaxing music is played. This was the first hotel for many years where we felt able to lie at the pool each day due to the quiet and relaxing atmosphere. The hotel is kept spotlessly clean throughout the public areas, as was our room throughout our stay. All of the staff that we had contact with were friendly and professional and eager to please. The only staff that did not display these qualities were what we named "the men in suits" who strolled around the hotel with military precision, but we never saw them engage or even acknowledge the hotel guests, which was dissapointing as you would think in their management role, they would want to engage with guests to ensure that things were running as they should be. The location of the hotel is very quiet but at the same time perfect for the main strip, which is just a few minutes' walk away. We were on half board and found both breakfast and dinner to be very good, with food being cooked to order. The dinner menu had many food options, and there was also a special each evening. Waiting staff were excellent, always smiling and welcoming. They work very hard to ensure an enjoyable dining experience. You do have to book a table for dinner, which works really well as it means the service delivered at dinner is always excellent. If you are looking for a hotel with entertainment every night, this is not the hotel for you. During our stay, there was entertainment two evenings and twice during the day, by the pool, all of which was very good. Yoga is available most mornings, as is aqua aerobics in the pool. We attended a wine and cheese tasting session one afternoon and cocktail making on another. We loved our stay here. It provided the peaceful and relaxing break that we were seeking and will definitely look to return again. With regard to room options, we would definitely recommend upgrading to at least a pool view room, as you will otherwise have a room overlooking the street.

Wow... love this place. Second time here and won't be the last from the moment you arrive you it's a relaxed , contemporary and welcoming environment. We were lucky enough to be upgraded to the new deluxe pool view room which was just stunning, a double Bali style bed on your balcony shielding you from any breeze , complimentary chocolates and bottled water everyday. Coffee machine in the room , alongside robe ,slippers and all bathroom amenities. Breakfast(cooked to order) and lunch both fabulous. We eat out so didn't try dinner. Pool activities such as pool spin , yoga and stretching all great alongside a couple of bands and singers which also played poolside. Onsite spa also available my wife and I had a back massage whilst we were there and it was amazing. All staff were great , special shout out to Marta , always super happy and friendly.. Only feedback would be the pool although heated could be turned up a couple more degrees. Also maybe some softer lighting in the bar in the evening with some lite entertainment. We will definitely will return , amazing place , location great it's a must !!! Get yourselves there
