Hotel Arena Suite

Brilliant hotel. Very clean And well maintained. Rooms are spacious and well decorated. Large walk in shower with pipping hot water. Kettle and tea/coffee in room. Small fridge and tv with some uk channels. Free WiFi which works well. Meals have been really good plenty variety every night with each night having its own theme. American, Chinese, Spanish and so on. Pool snacks ready and available and a different snack available every couple of hours. Plenty ice cream ice lollies are paid for in addition to all inclusive and all inclusive ends 2300hrs. Entertainment is pretty basic during day and not much better at night . Average age of guests when we visited early March must have been 60 years. Downside town is a good 30min walk away however there is a small shopping centre 10min walk away which has bars shops and a supermarket and chemist

We stayed for 4 weeks over Christmas and new year and loved every minute of it. Our room was spotless The super king size bed was comfortable although the pillows are thin and we needed 3 each. A fabulous rainfall shower with easy to control thermostat. Room cleaned daily. Meals were well cooked and presented with many choices for hot or cold meals. ALL the staff are so helpful and efficient. They just never stop working, always with a friendly smile and 'Hola'. They all seem happy in their work - if they're not, you'd never guess! We had 2 niggles. We didn't like the location of the room we were first allocated, but we were moved to another after 2 days. Our TV died on us one evening. I reported it to reception, expecting it to be repaired the next day. Within half an hour (!!!!) we had a brand new TV. Christmas day and NYE were fabulous. The staff put so much effort into both occasions and were anxious that everyone had a brilliant time, We love Corralejo and have been many times, usually staying nearer the centre. The Arena Suites are further out of town, but this fabulous hotel itself makes up for the distance to the main strip and has everything needed for a great holiday. We're in our 70s and usually enjoy a break but glad to get back home...not this time! Neither of us wanted to leave. Thank you all for a fantastic holiday..

We were at Arena Suites for Christmas. The staff are amazing, they can’t do enough for you. There is a great selection of food at all meal times. Christmas Day of fun started at the pool after breakfast. Cava served at your sunbed. Of course Santa came and was ceremoniously pushed in the pool. Great fun. Games for the children and adults. The Christmas evening Gala Dinner was amazing. From the petite fores and Cava on arrival. Being escorted to a table. Choosing a bottle of wine and the fabulous array of food. Well Done to you all. This hotel at any time of the year is excellent. A 10 min walk to the El Campanario shopping centre. A 20 min walk to the Main Street, which has everything you could possibly want.

Lovely hotel stayed 2 years running and loved it. Staff friendly and polite, rooms beautiful and kept clean. Food wide range of foods available again very nice. Staff catered for my partner who hurt his back allowing food to be taken to the room on several occasions. We did not want for nothing whilst at the hotel. Could do with extra pillows however nothing to complain about. Our teenage daugher enjoyed the entertainment available on site. December 2023 we were in room 407 and December 2024 we were in 408. We will be returning December 2025. Would recommend this hotel 100%.

just back from a wonderful 8 night stay at the Arena Suite. I travelled solo and felt very safe in the hotel. staff all very friendly. 2 large pools to swim in one is heated. also a kids pool. entertainment guy each day to play games etc but not pushy if you dont want to take part. Food is great brilliant selection for everyone was never a day that i couldnt find something i liked. drinks on tap just help yourself same as scooped ice cream. Massage with Claudio at the hotel is amazing so relaxing and he works great on what areas need to be worked on.Rooms are very comfortable very large bed wifi tv with english channels and the shower is very nice also. I cant recommend this hotel enough to anyone. Great location just a short walk to the beach where you can walk along into the town and enjoy the views on the way. Also scooters just around the corner from hotel if you want to scoot in. Taxi from centre just €4-€5. got a taxi out to the big beach at riu hotel one day was €7 each way but worth the visit fabulous beach. Overall i give this hotel a 10/10 and hope to come back again very soon.

Arrived and staff where welcoming, room was a good size but we had to wait an hour for the room to be ready, then we were put in the block with no sun front or back when I asked if we could have a sunnier apartment they said no I should have requested it on the booking but there were plenty of empty rooms. The food i would rate a 2* at best, food was cold and the sliced bread had mold on it and when we brought it to the staffs attention they didn't even remove it and the drink was tasteless, this should be a bed and breakfast at best. The squash facilities are an accident waiting to happen and it did and where do I start with the entertainment all i can say is shocking!!!! Shocking!!!! Shocking!!!!
