Very accommodating, parking is easy, Wi-Fi signal is strong, Beds and pillows are very comfortable. Great service and a wonderful selection of pastries. Coffee delicious, and the orange juice was fresh-squeezed. Center is vey close. Highly recommend Hotel.

Beautiful hotel,location and interiors! Warm and welcoming staff! I had visited once before the renovation and I have to say everything from the lighting to the furniture was all one could hope for! I cant wait ti visit again! Perfect spot to spend new years in the company if friends.

This is a very nice hotel conveniently located only a block or two from the small pedestrian town center and was a very pleasant surprise, given some of the reviews. We stayed in Room 214 which was nice and comfortable, with attractive alpine decor including a modernized bathroom (and excellent shower). Rooms at the back of the hotel, at least from the second floor and up, have a dramatic view of the mountains from the windows (and small deck). The hotel has retained much of its charming antique ski lodge atmosphere. We did see signs for the nightclub, but we never heard any noise (this was in mid June). The breakfast on offer was very varied, fresh and plentiful, and the gentleman who runs the dining room, Massimo, is very friendly and extremely helpful. There is no sauna or spa, and we didn't eat in the on-site restaurant, which we heard was very good but had limited vegetarian options for my wife. Overall we enjoyed our stay and were relieved we didn't have to put up with the nightclub noise others have complained about.

Beautifully decorated, great breakfast Overall good. Our room 102 was nice, but had no hooks and awkward space. Towels were crammed onto the side of the sink, as there are no racks or shelves so the bathroom was awkward. Hooks near the entrance would be really useful. Breakfast here is incredible with fabulous service. Bar drinks are pricey and came with attitude. Overall it’s beautiful but getting to and from ski hills is a bit of an ordeal. Be prepared to walk….

Not a good value for money I was given a very small room and quite different from what I saw on the pictures. I’m sure it was not a Junior Suite. Actually it was not a suite at all as it didn’t have any sitting place except for the tiny chair and desk. Decor was outdated, bathroom old and dark. Poor toiletries amenities and towels. Breakfast was good though but for almost 600 euros a night I expected much more.

Elegante moderne Interieur details treffen auf authentische Elemente der Vergangenheit, wie der alte Kamin (läd zum gemütlichen verweilen). Zimmer sind sehr gemütlich und stilvoll eingerichtet. Mit modernen Geräten (wie Dyson) ausgestattet. Personal ist sehr freundlich und kompetent. Saubererkei wird groß geschrieben 👍 Besonders zu empfehlen ist die Küche ( unbedingt Hunger mitbringen) 🤌😉 Es lässt keine Wünsche offen! Das ist einfach sagenhaft! Im Haus eingenen Club mit live Musik kann man wunderbar den Abend mit cocktails ausklingen lassen. Sehr zu empfehlen und gerne wieder!
