hotel not in town centre but just a bit walk
with a restaurant attached but not open everyday
reception not open full day, so need to take up your buggagecleft early
good view from hotel, overall quite enjoyable stay

Nice, cosy hotel with clean and modern rooms (bathroom looked recently renovated). The room was quite small (barely had room for our suitcases) but it was manageable for just one night while we were there. The restaurant below the hotel also does really great food but it is a bit pricey. There is a car park but it’s very small.

최고의 뷰와 큼직한 크로아상이 매력적인 조식이 아주 큰 매리트인 곳입니다. 중앙역에서는 10분 가랭 오르막길을 가야해서 캐리어가크면 좀힘들지만 그래도 그만큼 멋진뷰를 선사하니 가치가 있습니다. 방은 작지만 아기자기하게 꾸며져있고 티비도 있어서 이탈리아 채널들을 구경하는 재미가 있었습니다. 아침조식이 유럽 어느 호텔 부럽지않게 다양하고 카푸치노가 특히 맛있으며 서빙해주시는 분의 따듯하고 친절함이 아침마다 기분 좋았습니다. 화장실에 세면용품들 다 구비되어있고 일회용 슬리퍼도 있고 다 깨끗했습니다. 산악지대 특유의 나무향 가득한 캐빈의 느낌까지 가지고 있어 다시가고싶은곳이에요.

The staff is rude and inattentive. No one returned to our table after serving us our course to refresh our water and wine. The food was absolutely inedible. The fish was extremely fishy. The other pasta dishes were either over dressed or tasteless. We had to go to the staff and ask for our check ourselves. No desert was offered. Our table wasn't ever cleared until we finally paid our check. It was a very disappointing evening.

Beware what they charge you at the end of your stay. We paid a deposit of 250 EUR, but were charged full price. Unfortunatelly, we did not notice at place. At home, we realised what happened and reclaimed the deposit, but the hotel stopped responding to emails... Sad :-(

A disappointing end to our tour of the Italian Dolemites. Staff were unwelcoming, unfriendly, borderline rude. Our room was clean but stuffy and very loud with views of the back bins, not the picturesque views seen in the photos. We were woken at 6:45am by loud loading noises. After having some lovely meals in Cortina, we decided to try the hotel restaurant. I was told I could make a reservation but they needed the table back by 9:15pm which was fine. However we were incessantly reminded of this fact from the moment we arrived until we left. Obviously this did not make our meal an enjoyable or relaxing experience. I ordered the goose confit which was incredibly tough and chewy, not falling off the bone as it should have been. We booked 4 nights with *********** (prepaid) but ended up leaving 1 night early despite this, our chaotic checkout experience confirmed to me that we’d done the right thing by leaving early and going elsewhere. This is not a cheap place and I was definitely hoping for more.

Very clean and comfortable hotel. Not the most friendly service but it was ok. Rarely anybody at the front desk but the housekeepers are helpful to track somebody down. Breakfast is quite good (included) and supposedly a very good dinner restaurant but we found the service very inattentive and weren’t impressed.

Uno dei ristoranti migliori di Cortina! L’albergo è bellissimo: in legno, molto caratteristico ma con tutti i comfort. Il ristorante è molto accogliente, i camerieri sono vestiti secondo la tradizione e nel menu si possono trovare piatti tipici uniti a rivisitazioni ricercate da parte dello chef e ampia scelta di vini dalla cantina. Personalmente, consiglio i benfatti impastati a mano, il controfiletto di cervo, la tartare composta direttamente al tavolo dai camerieri e il fagottino di mele.

Bellissimo locale ma ahimè un conto molto elevato per l’offerta presentata nei piatti. Con un certo conto ci si aspetta anche un certo servizio e qualità dell’offerta Piatti molto molto ridotti e prezzi davvero alti. Locale comunque carino, Servizio basico e nulla di eccezionale.
