This ultimate lakeside getaway for all seasons is an ideal choice for a couple, family or a group of friends. The space 100' of lake frontage providing direct lake access w/ expansive 28' dock, 4 complimentary kayaks for guest use with life jackets, and swimming area with floaties. Firepit w/ 5 Adirondack chairs overlooking the lake. 300 sqft lakeside deck with expansive views of Little York Lake. Amazing central location to regional destinations! - 15 minutes to SUNY Cortland - 25 minutes to Skaneateles - 30 minutes from Syracuse Hancock International Airport, Syracuse University and other Syracuse area destinations. - 10 minutes to the Villages of Homer and Tully Bedrooms: Primary suite with king bed and half bathroom, 2nd bedroom with queen bed, living space w/ twin pull-out sofa bed. Accommodates up to a maximum of five guests. Long weekend for a college graduation We had a wonderful stay. We enjoyed the house very much and I truly appreciated the host’s attention to detail.. it felt like we were staying with a friend! The host was extremely responsive and gave great recommendations. The location was wonderful for us. Very peaceful and relaxing. We would love to rerun!
