Me and my mother stayed in the Salome for 7 nights and it is the best hotel I have stayed in and I have been to Tenerife plenty of times. The Butlers Daniel and Francesco were absolutely outstanding and couldn't do enough for you. They were helpful, friendly and attentive and always willing to do anything you have asked for. Vicky, Juanita , Ruth from Lagato were fantastic. They brought round water, cocktails and food every morning and if you were a little bit cold of an evening, they would fetch you a blanket. All the staff were hard workers and nothing was too much trouble. I would definitely reccomend this hotel. The food was fantastic and I haven't got a bad word to say.

Beautiful adults only hotel within a larger hotel - perfect location to explore Costa Adeje lovely staff Ruth and Francesco especially great so helpful we came for our wedding ani and were left a lovely surprise ❤️ amazing room with stunning views can’t wait to return! ✨

If I could of given 6 stars I would of This hotel is the best on the island The suites are all ocean view and the setting by the pool and the infinity are amazing The staff work so hard to make your stay first class Special mentions to Daniel and Francesco Vicky Ruth Juanito and also Kim always around to make sure guests are having a wonderful time which myself and my daughter Samantha have had The superior suite on the 3rd floor that we had the pleasure of staying in was fantastic the cleaners and maids doing your room are polite friendly and do a stunning job The wait staff in all the bars are professional friendly and polite The food in all the restaurants has been fabulous Such a stunning hotel made first class by all the staff with their care and attention to detail I would and will recommend this hotel to all and will definitely be back soon bringing my husband If you want 5 star luxury with staff and a hotel that care about their guest you most definitely need to book here Thank you for the most perfect stay adios and see you all again very soon Paula

Excellent hotel. It is a small hotel located in a large Iberostar Anthelia. Adults only. Personalized reception service. Very spacious room with a lounge with bar and minibar, bedroom, bathroom, and balcony. The hotel has two swimming pools, one heated and the other with a non-heated jacuzzi. It is the perfect restaurant/pool bar with friendly staff. Guests can have breakfast à la carte in the Mirador restaurant or dine in any of the hotel's 6 restaurants. The only negative points are the mobility limitations. Access to the Mirador restaurant is by stairs, and there is no elevator (I'm not a stair climber). Another point for those with some limitations is the height of the beds, which may be too high for some people.

An unforgettable brunch with a breathtaking sea view! The atmosphere was simply perfect, with the sound of the waves creating a relaxing and enjoyable experience. The gastronomic offer was truly outstanding—every dish was prepared with high-quality ingredients, full of flavor, and beautifully presented. From fresh fruits and delicious pastries to gourmet options, everything exceeded expectations. The service was impeccable, with friendly and attentive staff making sure we had the best experience. Without a doubt, this was the best brunch I had in Tenerife, and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a top-tier culinary experience by the sea!

My wife and I came here for a break in February and it exceeded all our expectations. The weather was warm and sunny every day. The hotel was spotless clean, spacious and well equipped. We had a choice of restaurants and found the Poseidon to be exceptional. All the staff were helpful and friendly with a special shout out to Viviana and Palenzuela who clearly took pride in their work. Days were spent relaxing by the pool which again was clean, spacious and attended very well by bar staff bring drinks and nibbles. Our room was a suite with a sea view that was well equipped with whirlpool bath, comfy beds and a fabulous mini bar! A choice of entertainment was available most evenings and a good selection of activities during the day if you wished to take part. The hotel was so good we didn’t feel any need to leave the site.

Fabulous hotel. Our suite was spotless roomservice excellent room cleaned daily fresh towels, night time turn down. Butler and concierge service were excellent very helpful. Hotel delivered champagne and cake for my 60th birthday which wasn't requested. Hotel restaurants were OK could of been better. Breakfast buffet was plentiful. Salome pool and bar staff were very attentive and friendly couldn't fault them. Delivered ice water, aperitifs, alcohol on request, refresh cold towels. Very very good. Pool spotless checked twice a day

We stayed here early December as a quick 4 day getaway. We hadn’t been away this time of the year so didn’t really know what to expect weather wise. Having previously been to this hotel for 10 nights we knew what to expect. It’s a very laid back vibe and perfect for a short break. We stayed B&B again as there are so many restaurants and bars within a very short walking distance. We opted for a priority location suite this time, which are situated on the top floor. The suites are quite good, with hair straighteners as well as hair dryer if you need them. Not as many toiletries etc as some hotels we’ve been to but all the stuff you need. The hotel was pretty quiet while we were there, so no problem with sun beds. The pool is 120cm deep and heated which suits my wife ! A shout out to the pool guy whose name I didn’t get but very friendly and accommodating. I would say most if not all the staff are very good. Especially the staff at breakfast. Always a smile and nothing too much trouble. My wife is Coeliac so needs to follow a gluten free diet. This was no problem here and the chef offered to make GF crepes for her too. Taittinger champagne complimentary at breakfast also, which is a nice start to the day. The view from this restaurant is also very good. You do have “butlers” who are there to help if you need anything. Jocelyn was ours and was available if we had any questions or concerns. We did have a problem with our transport being an hour early, however she managed to help with this problem. The odd cold drink and nibbles were offered throughout the day, which was a nice touch. Cava is also complimentary around the pool if that’s your tipple. We used to go into the Anthelia for evening entertainment. They have a different duo on most night in the lobby bar. A shout out to Ines who got to know our drinks order ! We would definitely return but for another short break as it is very quiet and laid back. It has many returning guests so not doing much wrong !

This place is truly incredible! From the moment you step into the hotel nothing is too much trouble. The comfort of the rooms, food and drink is absolutely outstanding. The attention to detail goes above and beyond. What makes this place even more special is the staff, they really do make you so welcome, they are friendly and get to know each and everyone one of you. Vicky with her infectious smile and conversation from the first day that we met her, she is just beautiful. The most special holiday for my Mum and I and I would come back in a heartbeat xx

Great services from all the staff, but a special mention to the breakfast and pool bar staff. Very clean throughout and in a great location. I would definitely recommend if you are looking for a peaceful holiday. I would definitely return in the future.

It is impossible for us to fault this hotel. It is beautiful, luxurious, clean and well maintained. But the thing that elevates it for us is the staff who really can’t do enough for you. You are met by one of the butlers – Joselin, Francesco, Joffer or Daniel and they check you are being looked after throughout your stay. Around the pool you are well looked after by fantastic staff like Ruth, Jessica, Vicky, Nereida and others who sorry I don’t remember all the names We can’t wait to come back and see you all Bob and Alison

This is our second time staying here and it won’t be the last, it is just absolutely fabulous. The rooms, the service, the staff, food and drinks are all amazing. From the tattinger champagne at breakfast to the beautiful clean big rooms which are fully stocked with everything you need, all amenities plus a stocked mini bar with champagne and canapes in your room on arrival. and everything in between. Highly recommend for a couples break. The hotel is so peaceful and tranquil, the staff are very friendly and attentive, all the little touches make the hotel that extra bit special. We will definitely be back

Absolutely love this hotel. The staff are amazing, so attentive, friendly and nothing is a bother. Staff at the Salome bar are the best( Vicky, Ruth , Jessica & co) Great food, service is first class. Stunning sea views, room is immaculate, very modern.

The Salome hotel is a truly wonderful place Apart from excellent accommodation and food, what really makes the place are its staff. From the pool guy Jennier : the bar staff Jessica Vicky Ruth Estofonia Rebeckah : the so-called Butlers Daniel Francisco Joselin . It was also great to see a lot more of Kim than we have in previous visits . She runs a wonderful ship and could not do more for her guests I also have to mention a lady who does the ‘specials ‘ at breakfast : fabulous treats and such good service.Sorry I have forgotten her name. There are others who’s names I have forgotten apologies to them In short so many guests return time and time again., I think mainly because of the people above
